In USA pretty much every mosque building are facing anything other then qibla / Kaaba 🕋 . So inside the mosque the people are praying facing Kaaba making rows from 15 to 75 degrees angle. So mosques building facing Russia or Australia or South Africa or Canada don’t matter at all. People pray according to directions of kaba by making rows according to directions not according to directions of the building itself. In New York City only one mosque built according to directions of Makkah not following other buildings so people don’t have to pray 45 degrees angle. It cost tens of millions of dollars to make a mosque ground up according to directions of kaba and building department do not give permits like this
