- In this video we will be taking a look at the different options Twitter provides to embed tweets and other types of media onto your Wordpress website. Using the tools located at publish. # you can embed even more things, such as likes, lists, collections, and more.
It’s recommended that you already have a Twitter account setup before you watch this video, so that you can embed your own tweets and timeline instead of just other peoples.

Wonderful advice - I noticed that the old embed had changed colour, so I thought it was about time I upgraded to a new one. Really had me dumbfounded until I saw this, and instead of embedding a Timeline, I embedded a profile!
I still haven't figure it out,what is twitter publish?What can we do with it?

Hi.Thank you for the tutorial, it really helped. I have a concern though, I tried embedding a tweet to my blog post earlier but I didn't get the right result for it. But when I added it to the widget it came out alright. Any reason why my embeded tweet didn't work on the Post section?

This is great - I am going to use it to publish our at londonersfc tweets on our website londonfc info. This is fantastic. I was wondering if you can limit it to a number of tweets - for example the top 3 tweets.
Is there a way to add a scrollbar for tweets? i would prefer not show so many tweets on website.

Many thanks for the video. For some reason, it works if I open the website on mobile but when opening the page on PC it only shows the words Tweets from etc and not the tweets themselves. Any idea why? this is the website I'm building www.Steercollaborative.co.uk
Hmm, unfortunately I am not sure why this might be... do you have an ad blocker or something on your mobile device?
having same issue. it was Ghostery my ad blocker. what made it harder to solve is Ghostery, mac, firefox, even if you "Trust Site" ghostery still blocks everything on firefox. i've noticed this about a year back. ghostery still works properly with safari and chrome. thank you for the video Wiyre. i would suggest setting a "height" if your embedding into wordpress/or anything because if not it will default to all the tweets which is too long for any normal looking site. i set the height to about 600 - 800 and the width will be constrained as wiyre says. (EDIT - i just did everything correct and still got the link and no embed and i cleared my browser cache. did some clicks and in a minute the embed displayed in the widget. it could be the wordpress cache plugin adding to some misery.)
