Doesn't work on my Galaxy A11. There is no option to sign out after clearing youtube cache and data.
Well, just found out if I restart phone after clearing youtube cache and data then the sign out option does appear.

That does not dellete your account, it just un links your account on that device, you can log into that account again and it will sync your previous data and sighn you back in

Clear the app data and you'll be signed out, once you sign in again it will sync your data automatically to the device with the corisponding account used to sign in
