@elipotter369 Then, these men are having midlife crises and can't handle dating a woman their age because they know the ins and outs of a relationship and have experienced it. He gets her hooked on the riches, makes sure she falls in love, then does a 180 to gain her sympathy and trust? By that time her head is spinning and she doesn't want to lose the love, and as you said, he has her where he wants her. That method wouldn't work with all woman. The real person isn't complimenting her 24/7. Scammers can put on a "nice guy" look, because it's just customer service to them. It's a job. Pretend to look nice, because there's a pay off. Real relationships will never stand a chance against a scammer if all a person wants is positive affirmations. Which is how a lot of scammers are actually successful. They're peak "the customer is always right," and they'll lavish on praise even when undeserved, because it's all part of the game.

@elipotter369 Yes! Exactly! I was just going to say this is exactly the attitude of someone who comes from poverty and didn’t have examples of how to behave in society. My family was definitely working class when my grandmother was growing up, but she grew up in Westchester NY, which is old money going back to the Dutch. Her eldest brother became a very wealthy architect ( he belonged to and was occasionally on the board of the golf club that turned Clinton away 😆) and my uncle married a very lovely woman who treated my grandmother like a beloved younger sister. As a result, while my mother grew up in a middle class home, there was still the impression of what was and was not acceptable behavior. I can’t buy fashion that is right off the runway because I have an absolutely inescapable sense of embarrassment, as I was raised that that’s a mark of trying too hard. I work in a lot of countries with new money and they can’t understand how I can do my own shopping and cleaning, as to them, that means a loss of status. I gave up trying to explain that I have nothing to prove to anyone so why not take care of myself? Old money drives a reliable car and has a hole in their cashmere sweaters, they have no one who’s opinion they care about, so no need to impress.
@elipotter369 Yes, exactly! There’s a small coastal town about two hours from where I grew up. Very old money, probably the wealthiest place per square foot in America. Despite this insane generational wealth, they are, as a town, one of the genuinely kindest places I’ve ever been. They also have the largest leash free beach in America, so growing up we frequently went with our dogs. The locals treat everyone like neighbors, provided you behave politely and always make a fuss over visiting dogs. There is a gourmet cheese shop where dogs are not only welcomed, but the owner will toss pieces of $400 a kilo cheese at the dogs as a treat. That part made me cringe, as loved though my dogs are, they do not not have the palette for that and would be fine with the bargain cheese 😂. These people have a right to be snobbish to outsiders and I’ve never once seen them behave that way. Mind you, I think you’d need a million just to buy a studio 3 miles from the beach, so I’ll not be moving there anytime soon..,
It is beyond my comprehension that anyone would literally sell everything they own, including their home, so they can send money to a total stranger. I don't get it.
It's interesting to me the way that the scammer changed his strategy almost immediately. He claimed that he wasn't really successful and wealthy but rather just faking it because he recognized that she is doing the exact same thing. That endeared him to her. It's called "mirroring".

The real person isn't complimenting her 24/7. Scammers can put on a "nice guy" look, because it's just customer service to them. It's a job. Pretend to look nice, because there's a pay off.
Real relationships will never stand a chance against a scammer if all a person wants is positive affirmations.

100%
Like 90% of these people vote for Donald Trump and legitimately believe he's a serious Christian. Is it any surprise?
Christian values like " I don't date losers" or " all my friends are billionaires" she knew she met another person with strong Christian values when he showed off his rolex.
I met a 71 year old woman who was just like that. Christian lady, but loved to talk and brag about herself and her late husband. She is also well off, very put together, house looks like was decorated from a magazine.. but no humility. She was so difficult, I rejected her as a client and she became really rude and tried to gaslight me so I cut her off. She even used the “but I bought you flowers and prayed for you” to try and manipulate and guilt me for not wanting to work with her anymore.
YIIIIIIKES she’s quite fond of herself isn’t she?
She brags stupidly. I salute the scammer for the good work.
She deserves to be scammed. Sometimes hard to believe the people they bring on here. hard to feel sorry for them.
hahahahahahahaha
😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣me too.
😂😂 She thought she had found a toy boy.
It’s highly likely she’s wearing replicas 😂
After hearing her Brag & Brag about Money, Status, Millionaire Friends AND stating she's a FINANCIAL ADVISOR as CEO OF HER OWN COMPANY & STILL got took this bad - im wondering if SHE'S Not Lying!
I wouldn't trust that financial advisor with my money!
I was thinking the same, someone so caring with his own money coudnt be a good choice as advisor. 😂
I wouldn't trust that financial advisor with one of my house plants.
A lot of financial advisors are just sales people.
Also if she’s rich or whatever rubbish she’s coming out with, why the constant need to bang on about it and all the high profile friends she has? I call bullshit…
Agree
She's very shallow and those things matter the most to shallow ppl... looks and money.
She's definitely not rich. She's fake rich.
Exactly if i send anything over 20 $ u better best bet we hsve at least had multiple FaceTime calls that are long and multiple ways to authenticate
“Ceo Financial Advisor” we are done🤣🤣🤣🤣 better change carreer m’am😂
It's interesting to me the way that the scammer changed his strategy almost immediately. He claimed that he wasn't really successful and wealthy but rather just faking it because he recognized that she is doing the exact same thing. That endeared him to her. It's called "mirroring".
that's an experienced scammer
@@tomondiek2839can’t bullshit a bullshitter
I just face-palmed myself well into next week, and I think I have a concussion now.
😂😂😂
😂🎉
This is appalling. A financial advisor, in the business for many years, is now getting schooled from Catfished about financial matters!! This lady needs to be investigated! Is she even legitimate herself?
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
No she's just extremely arrogant and extremely stupid😂
She's probably full of shit
If you Google her name (Marissa Pascual Oregon / Marissa Manglinong)
She's actually just an Insurance Agent/Broker in Oregon.
She's definitely not a CEO or Financial Advisor for the super billionaires 😅😁
Probably in a pyramid/mlm scheme.
It seems to me that these people know, deep down, that it is a scam, but consider the cost to be worth it for their dreams. Like paying for an expensive hobby. The return is the pleasure they get from their fantasy.
last week my fiance asked me over the phone if i ate lunch yet. i immediately began cracking up. he doesn’t watch this channel and was so confused 😂😂😂
So Johnny Depp didn't get why you were laughing? Lol
