It's almost 90% refusal rate for poland national visa for work. Everyone is denied on basis of reasonable doubts.. That's no. 10. Traveling to Poland is not a joke since Ukrainians are many there. It is almost no solution for point number 10. It depends on visa officer's heart to grant visa or not.

My student visa got rejected and the consulate stamped on my passport this;
PL wize C/D and a circle on D
Can I apply again with this documents or i have to wait and apply in next semester?
sorry for late response. So normally the Polish embassy stamps every passport they receive, and if you're issued a visa, they will put a visa stamp on top of the previous one. The circle on D shows that you applied for a D Polish national visa..which is a long term visa
If your visa got rejected...Don't worry. Please READ the letter they gave you. you will find the reason for rejection on the ticked box(es). Get the missing document(s) or information, write a letter of appeal....state that you have the missing document/information now...print it, sign it..then go back to the visa application centre and appeal within 14 days of receiving the visa rejection letter. Check their website or ask them to know the time you can go and appeal

Hello. I got rejected for student visa because of point 10, should I resubmit all required documents plus apeal letter with supportive documents ? Or just need to provide appeal letter and attach lacking documents ?
just need to provide appeal letter and attach lacking documents. In the letter of appeal write down clearly why you are going to Poland and what you will be doing in Poland. Make sure you include your entrance and exit dates or time-frame when you want to come in and go out of Poland in the letter.
If you can get a signed and stamped affidavit from a lawyer to back up your claim regarding reason for traveling and living to Poland, that could be very helpful.

My National Work Visa had been refused. No.3 was reason for my rejection. During re Appeal i had enclosed my Bank statement with 4.5 lakhs balance, and iam going for unskilled job, again my visa refused.
