BCP #24 | Why Jesus Is NOT Coming Back (As Soon As You Think) - A Messianic Jew explains
Вставка
- Опубліковано 5 лют 2025
- The Scriptures make it abundantly clear that Yeshua is coming again-returning in triumphant glory! But is His soon return really as imminent as many would like to believe? Is it true that right now, especially at this increasingly chilling time in modern history, that Yeshua could return at any moment? But what if the Bible says that there's something else which needs to happen first?

I really needed and looked for this message of TRUTH. It is not easy to find a message like this. I prayed and God answered. He brought me to your channel and this Truth. Thank you
this is why "Elijah" will be sent--to "restore all things"; to bring the Body of Messiah back into unity and holiness and to give the World a final witness...and provoke Israel to jealousy. May it be soon!
Actually Elijah did come in John the Baptist. Jesus made that plain
@@LAQ642 While John the Baptist was a "type" of "Elijah", he was not a fulfilment of the prophecies, and Jesus made it clear that there is one yet to come (and He made that statement after John was already dead). As John was a forerunner prior to Christ's first advent, so, too, God will send another forerunner before Christ's second advent; and Jesus said he will "restore all things" (which I am eagerly waiting for!) grace and peace
@@suzanhollandjohn the Baptist came with the spirit of Elijah to pave the way for Jesus. And that he most definitely did.
@@suzanholland
Matthew 17:2
But I say to you, behold, Elijah has come, and they did not know him, and they have done unto him everything whatsoever they wished; likewise also The Son of Man is going to suffer from them.
The Bible calls John the Baptist “the Elijah to come” because he came in the spirit and power of Elijah. But he was not Elijah in a literal sense. John was the New Testament forerunner who pointed the way to the arrival of the Messiah, just as Elijah filled that role in the Old Testament.
@@LAQ642 Yes, but what you are still missing is the future component to those prophecies. Jesus stated that John was a fulfillment of the forerunner role prior to His first advent, but also stated that there was yet an "end-times 'Elijah'" to come prior to HIs second advent, as written in Mal. "before the great and terrible Day of YHVH". May we not be as the Jews of the first century and miss that there were to be two advents of the Messiah. I will leave it here. Shabbat shalom!
Shabbat Shalom Kevin. Amen and Amen. Thank you for the excellent teaching Brother, one which puts two very dangerous false church teachings in their place; replacement theology and also the pre-trib rapture. May we all be moved and blessed to partake in provoking Yehudah to jealousy that they may cry out 'Baruch Haba B'shem YHWH'. Love and Sabbath blessings to you and the family. Maranatha!! Bo Yeshua!! David (UK)
Blessings, brother!
Shalom David DTH1661- I agree 100% that the replacement theology is an anti-Semitic Romish church doctrine around for centuries and it is evil. However the other "dangerous" doctrine is actually prophesied in the Tanakh by the prophet Isaiah and it has two precedent events; Enoch and Elijah. Master Yeshua Himself prophecied it as well: John 14:2-3 - “In My Father’s house are many dwellings; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.”
Isaiah prophesied the TIMELINE of events and ADONAI showed Shaul the detail of how the events will unfold
Ok lets consider the timeline and its detailed description by brother Shaul. The prophecy is found in Isaiah 26:19-21.
Isaiah 26:19 - “Your dead shall live; their bodies shall rise. You who dwell in the dust, awake and sing for joy! For your dew is a dew of light, and the earth will give birth to the dead.” (ESV)
1 Thessalonians 4:13-16 - “But we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about those who are asleep, that you may not grieve as others do who have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep. For THIS WE DECLARE TO YOU BY A WORD FROM THE LORD, that we who are alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. “
Isaiah 26:20 - “Come, my people, enter your chambers, and shut your doors behind you; hide yourselves for a little while until the fury has passed by.”
1 Thessalonians 4:17 - “THEN we who are alive, who are left, WILL BE CAUGHT UP TOGETHER WITH THEM IN THE CLOUDS TO MEET THE LORD IN THE AIR, and so we will always be with the Lord.”
I will return to Isaiah’s prophesied timeline, but first let’s look at the detail Shaul gives us on how Isaiah 26:19-20 and 1 Thessalonians 4:13-17 will take place:
1 Corinthians 15:51-53 - “Behold! I tell you a MYSTERY. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, IN A MOMENT, IN THE TWINKLING OF AN EYE, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed. For this perishable body must put on the imperishable, and this mortal body must put on immortality.”
Now let’s return to Isaiah 26 and see what happens after the resurrection and the catching up of BOTH IMPERISHABLE resurrected and those still alive transformed in a twinkling of an eye to meet the LORD in the AIR and go into our CHAMBERS to be with HIM forever!
Isaiah 26:21 - “For behold, the LORD is coming out from His place to PUNISH the inhabitants of the EARTH for their iniquity, and the earth will disclose the blood shed on it, and will no more cover its slain.”
The PUNISHMENT is described throughout Revelation Chapters 6 through 19 when we all return with Messiah and the PHYSICAL appearance brother Kevin speaks of in the video takes place. Shalom David!
Oh and to be part of those that will be CAUGHT UP is really simple, brother Cephas (Peter) revealed the Keys to the Kingdom in Acts 2:38 REPENT, be immersed in water CALLING ON THE NAME OF YESHUA HaMashiach to have your sins blotted out and you will receive the gift of the Ruach HaKodesh! This is how we partake of the Gospel, the death, burial and resurrection of YESHUA. We are clothed in His Righteousness by His Sacrifice on the cross! Confess with your mouth that YESHUA is ADONAI!
Thank you brother for a wonderful teaching. I only add that in Romans 11:25-26 Rav Shaul reminds us that while a blindness as fallen upon Israel, that hardness will not come about until the fullness of the gentiles come in. Then "All Israel will be saved, as it is written" The fullness I believe is that the role of the gentiles, to provoke Jews to jealousy for their Messiah has also not occurred yet. The Church also needs to awaken to the truth as to what their role is in Israel's redemption. Not to replace but to love upon their Jewish brethren, to provoke them in love, not anti-semitism and to witness to Jews. This will awaken Israel to become the Kingdom of Priests as promised in the scriptures. God's plan for Israel has not changed, delayed yes but His covenantal promises are sure to be kept by a Holy God! Then we will become the One New Man and help to usher in the return of Yeshua! Baruch HaShem!
Thank you, Eric!
We stayed at a Church founded by William Wilberforce a few years ago in Jerusalem. Was he active in converting the Jews in his time?
Blessed be God and He Bless You. I enjoy your spirit and wisdom. I'm more than willing to be a vessel to Israel my Brother. I've been used by Yeshua to speak to the Goyim, and was invited into the Sabbath (by Him) in the fall of 2015. So, may it be for such a time as this.
Baruch Haba Bshem Adonai.
Shalom Brother Shalom
Hashem Yeshua haMashiach Amen
Do you believe in the spirit of prophecy and Revelation 14:6 onwards.Do you believe in the passing of the Sunday law
I was shocked to find out that the Catholic Church official stance rejects evangelizing to Jewish people.
That's probably a good thing. They won't get the true gospel from the Catholic Church. Salvation is through Jesus Christ, not through the mediation of a priest, or through "Christ's vicar" (antichrist = the one who stands in the place of Christ).
The papist will not DO ANYTHING that would support scriptures..they want them left in their condition…they hate them and any believing Shabbat worshippers
Shalom! One question I have is in regard to the scripture for "Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord." Isn't this the scripture for when Yeshua returns to Jerusalem before His crucifixion (what the crowds say when he comes in)? If that is the case how is it applied to the second coming or is it both?
Shalom Phil. Thanks for a great question. "Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord" is indeed what the crowds are shouting as Yeshua enters Jerusalem (Matthew 21:9, Mark 11:9, John 12:13, cf. Luke 19:37 [Blessed is the King...]).
Really briefly, while Luke definitely has his version of Yeshua's declaration (that "Jerusalem" would not see Him again until this blessing is said of Him) *before* His entering Jerusalem (Luke 13:35), Matthew's version has it *afterwards* (Matthew 23:39). So in Matthew's version, the people blessing Yeshua as coming in the Lord's name can't be a fulfillment of His declaration that they would not see Him again until.... This, then, casts doubt on the same event being a fulfillment in the other versions.
Additionally, the "desolate" or "forsaken" House of Israel that Yeshua speaks of in Luke 13 and Matthew 23 has certainly not been restored by the time of Yeshua's return to Jerusalem before His crucixion. This is evidenced in part by the Pharisees' continued rejection of Him and His weeping over Jerusalem. Interestingly, He also says, "Would that you, even you, had known on this day the things that make for peace! But now they are hidden from your eyes" (Luke 19:39-42). (Compare "hidden from your eyes" to "you will not see me again until".)
All this points to "you will not see me again until" being an event further in the future.
@@perfectwordTV Thank you for the reply! Also, on a different note (a potential topic for a video?), do you have any videos on the "rapture" (origin, etc.) and what is the viewpoint on this from a Hebraic/Messianic perspective?
Thanks again for your time and videos.
Blessings!
@@philwilson2226 We don’t. But it’s on the list! Thank you!
What are your thoughts on his return being in the year 2240 (6000) as this would align with the 6 days of creation?
I have zero thoughts on this. Matthew 24:36 (ESV) “But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.”
@@perfectwordTV what are your thoughts on the biblical calendar and creation account aligning? I'm explaining it well, nor am I trying to imply that I know something that even Messiah said he did not know
@michaellawson8473 Nothing in Scripture indicates a correlation between the two.
@@perfectwordTV True. I think some sages subscribe to it and I just thought it was a fascinating thought experiment.
I thought I should share where I stand on this. "Be ready ready" It doesn't matter when the Lord's return is if you are not right with God and have not put your faith in Messiah Yeshua.
I just thought it would be helpful to know. I appreciate you for taking the time to respond. I fell in love with the MJLT - Great job!!! Now if you could do the Old Testament😉
True, and this must all be done through sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, because "Unless the Lord build the house, those who labor, labor in vain." (Psalm 127:1)....and, it's not by might and not by power but by my Spirit says the Lord. (Zachariah 4:6) May His cloud and fire guide us. 🙏
Just curious and I know there may not be a way of corresponding here by the author of this video but what about this verse…
“For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own opinion, that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in.”
Romans 11:25???
Shalom. Please elaborate on your question.
Prepare for His Kingdom is at hand.
GOD SAID HE WOULD SHORTEN THE TIME BECAUSE IF HE DIDN'T THERE WOULD BE NO FLESH LEFT.
Also the Bible must be translated and/or explained to everyone on earth before He comes again.
The tribulation period will soon change the jews to accept Jesus as Messiah
i think he says we can expect him on the LAST DAY!.... now when the LAST DAY is only God the Father knows that......
Isn’t it possible with the massive influx of messianic Jews in today’s atmosphere that this could indicate a very quick fulfillment?
To my knowledge, there is not presently a massive influx of Messianic Jews.
@@perfectwordTV I posted a link that is now gone, it said it’s up quite a bit.
Please try posting the link again.
If Christ’s return is dependent on the Jewish people, i have little hope He will ever return. The Bible records their constant failure.
”Has a nation changed its gods, even though they are no gods? But my people have changed their glory for that which does not profit. Be appalled, O heavens, at this; be shocked, be utterly desolate, declares the Lord, for my people have committed two evils: they have forsaken me, the fountain of living waters, and hewed out cisterns for themselves, broken cisterns that can hold no water.“
Jeremiah 2:11-13 ESV
Romans 11:23-29 (ESV)
23 And even they, if they do not continue in their unbelief, will be grafted in, for God has the power to graft them in again. 24 For if you were cut from what is by nature a wild olive tree, and grafted, contrary to nature, into a cultivated olive tree, how much more will these, the natural branches, be grafted back into their own olive tree.
25 Lest you be wise in your own sight, I do not want you to be unaware of this mystery, brothers: a partial hardening has come upon Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in. 26 And in this way all Israel will be saved, as it is written,
“The Deliverer will come from Zion,
he will banish ungodliness from Jacob”;
27 “and this will be my covenant with them
when I take away their sins.”
28 As regards the gospel, they are enemies for your sake. But as regards election, they are beloved for the sake of their forefathers. 29 For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.
Halleluyah! Yes that correct he is YESHUA not Jesus..
Hosea 6:1-3
I think this scripture is about the first resurrection and Jesus' second coming. The first verse is about Jesus dying on the cross to reconcile us to God. The second verse tells us how long it will be until he returns to receive us unto himself. And the third day is the millennial kingdom when we will live in his sight.
Ho 6:1 ¶ Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up.
2 After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.
3 Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.
2Pe 3:8 ¶ But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
If two days is two thousand years, Jesus coming would be two thousand years from his leaving. 2030 to 2033, depending on when he was crucified.
Nope.
@@perfectwordTV
Could you elaborate more on this? I believe in a 6000 year time span from Adam and Eve until His return, similar to this persons thoughts, 2030ish would complete that cycle and then a 1000 year Sabbath. Ie: 6 days of creation 1 day of rest. There are patterns and symbols of this through the Tanakh, at least from my perspective.
This video sums up a lot of these patterns.
ua-cam.com/video/qG1h96PTNQQ/v-deo.html
1of course He is. He was and is. Is you who don't accept the truth.
Everyone who believes that Jesus is the messiah is Israel. No one who doesn't believe that Jesus is the messiah is Israel. Therefore, when the last person who will come to belief in Jesus, comes to belief in Jesus, then all Israel will be saved.
The church is Israel, and is the fulfillment of the promises God made to Adam and Noah and Abraham and Israel and Moses. Not a replacement at all, but a fulfillment and inclusion. The final fulfillment is to be accomplished in the millennial kingdom. His kingdom is not of this world. Any "apparent" fulfillment in this present world is an antichrist counterfeit.
The messianic prophecies were always meant to be fulfilled in the first resurrection and in the millennial kingdom. A remnant is a very small leftover from a much larger whole. All Israel will only be saved in a remnant. The Jewish misunderstanding that the messianic kingdom would be fulfilled in this present time and among the physical nation of Israel was always wrong.
Joh 18:36 Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.
(KJV)
Ro 11:4 But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal.
5 Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.
All we believers, Jews and Greeks, will be revived and rule with Christ on the third day. There is no "church age". That is not found in the Bible.
Ga 3:29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. This idea people have of separating gentile believers from Jewish believers is unbiblical. Unbelieving Jews won't be saved anyway. Neither will unbelieving gentiles. There is no gentile church. There is only an Israel church with whom gentiles have been blessed to conjunct.
Joh 10:16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.
Mt 3:9 And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham. John the baptizer
Ga 3:16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but AS OF ONE, And to thy seed, which is Christ. 17 And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect. 18 For if the inheritance be of the law, it is no more of promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise.
Ga 3:19 ¶ Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, TILL THE SEED SHOULD COME to whom the promise was made;
Lu 3:9 And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: every tree therefore which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
Mt 8:11 And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven. 12 But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Ro 9:26 And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God. 27 Esaias also crieth concerning Israel, Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved: 28 For he will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work will the Lord make upon the earth. 29 And as Esaias said before, Except the Lord of Sabaoth had left us a seed, we had been as Sodoma, and been made like unto Gomorrha.
The complete fulfillment will be in the first resurrection.
Eze 37:12 Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel. 13 And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves,
14 And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: then shall ye know that I the LORD have spoken it, and performed it, saith the LORD.
Ro 2:28 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
Ro 9:6 ¶ Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:
7 Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called.
8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.
Ro 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
26 And so all Israel shall be saved:
Everyone who believes in Jesus is Israel. No one else is. Therefore, "all Israel shall be saved."
And nope.
