I LOVED THIS EPISODE (not just because my favorite character was in it)
The sitcom, medical drama, game show, the commerical, the procedural cop show... IT WAS AN AMAZING ROLLERCOASTER
And until the last 10 minutes, it was a nice goofy silly episode :)

This episode is among my top 10 favourite episodes. Never disappoints.

You're right about the Dr Sexy show being based on Grey's Anatomy. Fun fact: the "ghost" character in Grey's Anatomy is played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

Not being a Grey's Annatomy fan, you possibly might not have gotten the "ghost" reference in the Doctor Sexy bit.
While filming his reoccurring part of John Winchester, Jeffery Dean Morgan was also playing Denny on Greys.
In the show, without giving too many spoilers, his character is also a reoccurring one that falls in love with one of his Drs and ends up passing.
Much later in the series, before he was on TWD, JDM came back to Greys as Denny again, but only the Dr kept seeing him. Thinking he was a "ghost." Hence, the comment about the ghost hanging about the show.

Trickster episodes are my absolute favourite.

12:26 "What you call the apocalypse, I used to call Sunday dinner." Really? If the apocalypse isn't that big of deal, like Sunday dinner, why would he have a problem with it? That line never made sense to me. Am I the only one?
