I am chuckling about your fabric haul! Who of us can resist 20%, 30%, 40% off ? And when it is 50% off, am I the only one who buys double what any sane person would? Plus, unlike myself, you are young, and actually have a chance of using up your stash in your lifetime! I love your choices, and how you plan to use them. This was a slice, as they say. I would have been all over that Alexander Henry and yes, would have gotten all the bolt. Broke my heart over his death and the changes that they are making and the new direction.

I’m always sorry to hear of another quilt store closure. But I get the why for Swifty Stitches. I don’t know why Alexander Henry has shuttered, only know they are. What a haul!

Loved the T-Shirt, that would be so me as well. I remember buying so much fabric when I visited a friend, that I could not get all back home since I went by train and was limited in space. But there were such good deals, I had to buy. I just say "animals in hot-air-baloons". My friend got me the fabrics when she visited next time 😅
