This is veg momo and yup this is not a Thaipo or Taipo. You can see its similarities with Chinese Baozi. The outside buns are very fluffy and soft. This is my favorite thing in the world. I could die for it (it's an exaggeration).
But, you cannot find this kind of Momo anywhere in the market except for the pork version. While talking about the market, I mean Sikkim's market. Well, I have no idea about other areas.
This is my mom's recipe and now you all can make it if you like this kinda momo.
For Non-veg version, you know what to do, right?
