  • Made this video after performing 4 hours, and also after practicing over 2 hours, aboard “Icon Of The Seas”.
**not my best double C’s, by far, but representative of how I sound playing double C’s after 6+ hours of playing).
    Equipment:
    1. Kanstul French Besson Paris Meha ⭐️ (.470 bore…!)
    2. Vintage 34-throat Double Cup- (unknown maker).
    3. Lefreque Tone Bridge
    4. Iphone (doesn’t capture the way the trumpet actually sounds very well!)
    5. CHOPS ;)

If I recorded this on my Nova, it would’ve been far louder. This was my new Kanstul French Besson Paris Meha, .470 bore. Not exactly the best horn for double C!! Much better as a jazz horn/dark horn.

My late pal used to knock these out on his Jerome Callet and then his Monette Rajna-3. Super Chops he was. 😤

Absolutely impressive, notes like that on trumpet are almost impossible to play, I assume it’s in the 7th octave ( C7 ), I heard you went a note higher which is even cooler ( D7 )😎. Keep up the great work 😀😀😀.

Sounded more like a squeak than a note.
