Sanzoku is located in the town of Iwakuni (which also knows a thing or two about delicious sake and ice cream) in Yamaguchi Prefecture. The word sanzoku translates as “mountain bandits". The "Bandit's Grill" is charcoal-grilled chicken with a crispy outside and juicy, flavorful meat inside, all eaten with gusto on a skewer. The "Bandit's Riceball," on the other hand, is large enough to contain enough rice for two, carefully hidden away under black seaweed.
