I have finally made it to a Scrapman video, and it isn't just a workshop hunters like I was thinking, this whole video is about my creation! (and you even pronounced my name right!) I would also like to mention that the bigger wheels were glitching out because I have 2 motors stacked on top of each other for better acceleration and stuff.

What is so bad about the gameplay that is making the game unplayable for him and is keeping him from playing the game. Especially since he "really wants to play it again". I honestly think, either he is lying and never played the game, other than the demo. Or it's what he is playing the game on thats makeing the game unplayable.
These cars are actually built to only run for 4 seconds. After every pass teams have to replace every sparkplug because they use sparkplugs that are basically done. This is to counter the absolute massive amount of horsepower of the engine.
The larger back wheels are there because they go farther for less rotations, giving a higher top speed, but less acceleration, the drag track on main assembly is just very short Love your vids!!
Commenting on 3:49 I just wanted to inform you that the drag tires used in real life change sizes in a top fuel run. At the start of a Top Fuel run, the sheer power causes the tire to fold into itself making the functional diameter smaller, hence it accelerates faster. Once the wheels start spinning faster, their diameter grows due to the centrifuge effect. This increases top speed.
for some real science, drag cars don't need smaller wheels because it's so soft, it works like a transmission : - at the launch, the wheels compress in itself, which reduce the radius of the wheel and, like we see in this video, small wheel = faster acceleration - during the run, the wheels expend due to centripidal force, which increase the radius and bigger wheel = higher top speed the problem in main assembly is that bigger wheels are heavier than smaller (like in real life) one but in real drag racing, its the same tire, so same weight during the all run
Everything you said sounds right, but also doesn't sound 100% right. You said "in real drag racing its the same tire so it's the same weight" which is not true. The majority of drag racing classes use big and small tires not the same and no where near the same weight. The closest you will get to seeing a drag racing vehicle with the same size and weight tire on front and back would be in the Factory Stock Class, which is vehicles just off the lot with no modifications, but you do still see them with bigger/heavier drive tires compared to the steer tires. Idk what "in real drag racing" your talking about.

dragster wheels only look big because the edge is going at 500kph and are experiencing god-knows-how-many gs forcing the tire to balloon outwards. But they're still pretty big.

If your a fan of him then you should respect his decision in not wanting to break the realistic style gameplay by playing it with mods. You shouldn't constantly ask him to do something that he doesn't want to do. He has said that he likes the more realistic style gameplay instead of playing it with mods.
Actually they do have a correct they have big wheels in the back and they don't fill the wheel all the way up with air they only do it partially because you get more attraction if you're wheel doesn't have all the air in it

When you put bigger wheels in the front you can't steer cuz now the spoilers are tilted up and create lift rather than downforce.
I think that scrapman got less than 6.90 with the standard tires because there was less friction with th asphalt
