I love Christine from iOrganize and her way of finding solutions! She originally had it as cousins vs coworkers but I think now she also added family to the mix
OH! That's a great idea! I thought something huge, well, this must be it! How wonderful to have everyone in the same area, and not have to keep transporting from one space to another!!!
the yellow with the low lighting always made it feel like an old basement (no offence LOL) so the white with the fluorescent bulbs just makes so much more sense especially considering it’s a storage room and workspace. cant wait to see more loft vibes!!!
Request - As someone who recently binged all of the loft series for this space specifically - could the playlists be sorted to be in order? Right now it plays backwards which is tough
Y’all in the comments need to calm down about Rachelle. She is still with TSGs, she was literally at the studio today if you follow her IG. She’s likely working on a longer term project and doesn’t have the time to appear in the other recent videos. Now that the channel has the four hosts obviously there is a lot more flexibility in production time lines and of course not everyone is going to be in every video. Really tired of people trying to sow drama just because this is a female fronted channel. Loved the space makeover team, can’t wait to see what appears in the space next ❤
We don't all follow outside of UA-cam, so keeping people up to date on the team in a small way or a pop-in "hey" from time to time, when possible, might soothe the masses. I think the comments I've seen are just genuinely worried, not trying to stir up girl drama. We just love a good Rachael episode too ❤️
I love all the series on TSG but loft vibes and Becky and Kelsey’s homes are my favourite. Hope you guys are still around for decades to come. TSG is how I started getting into diy and UA-cam
Hot tip for Lee Valley, I go to the same one in Toronto and on the second floor near the back is a discount area, I always check it every two weeks or so. About two months ago I found bags of the exact handles you guys got for 50 cents a bag! There was about 30 handles in each bag. For things that were going to be garbage it's a nice way to keep it cheap and sustainable.
Tip: a more budget friendly curtain rod, PVC pipe. Can be painted and it is large enough to fit any size needed for a room, though its not adjustable it can be cut to size if just using to hang a curtain you don't plan on changing out often.
I had a 14' curtain rod run at my fishing shack. I used conduit and connected the pieces with carved wine corks. Two 10' x 3/4" pieces was less than $20. I was gifted some large wooden dowels, so one of this summer's projects is replacing the conduit. And of course find a way to repurpose the conduit.
I felt so nostalgic seeing the platform from the first loft/office. I might cry a little if you guys show clips from when you shared a place. So much growth and I love it!
Yeeeees please! So fun, and they helped people with their spaces too, and like it felt like they even used it as a fun trip to be creative while relaxing
I Love the refresh, it seems more invigorating with the light and space and so much more functional too. Especially when you're trying to see true colours. Many hands make light work. Maybe we're in for some more designer dupe DIYs like "That Cost How Much?" or thrift store make-overs for profit for charity challenges? I am sure whatever it is, we will be entertained and enriched by their experience. I'm loking forward to what's coming next
Reverse engineer that white and market it as TSG White, as you called it. It is a great color. The lighting is genius. The space is so well planned. Love the teamwork. This space will inspire other makers!
When I worked in a university art gallery, one of my first and favorite projects was organizing and improving the layout of the tool room!! love this stuff 😍 mine was a one-woman operation, so I love seeing all of y'all work together to make the space work for everyone 💕
The lights and the paint color change really helped brighten up the area! This inspires me to do the same in my creepy basement storage area that I try to spend zero time in. Great work, everyone!
I am so inspired by your using the space between the wall studs for storage and minimize how far it extends into the room. My garage walls are screaming for me to do this now! It looks amazing!!!!!
The analogy thing that Kelsey was talking about--for example with putting the wallpaper glue brush by the wallpaper glue instead of with the brushes--is called "point of performance". Wallpaper things live together on the same shelf, stuff that you need to make coffee would all be near the coffee maker, your brushes and water cup live together in one spot on your desk... there's countless examples. It's a super helpful organizational method for neurodivergent brains (e.g., ADHD, autism, and so on), and things that are good for ND brains are good for all brains. :)
That's random but you're so good at hiring new sorry girls, I adore Rochelle and Rachel so much ! I miss Rachel, can't wait to see what she's working on !
this was so satisfying to watch! from when you guys transferred from the old office to this one-building systems to the storage room, now updating it all and looking better than ever. love it!!
I'm halfway through watching and I'm sure I'm gonna love the final result but I need to pause for a moment and commemorate the yellow. Good bye old friend, you made me so happy.
Loved Kelsey mentioning that things should be 3/4ths full... I call it the negative space rull and I learned it from @Do It On a Dime because not onlyy does it leave room to be filled up but also gives you space for rummaging through the container and seeing what you need to get.
Kelsey you're smart to organize that way. I do it like that. Skincare all in the bathroom and facial tools. All my makeup is in the bedroom in my vanity. same with tools. sorted together with the items I need.
(taking a page out of Kelsey’s book) *can I get a* ! LOFT VIBES, LOFT VIBES, LOFT VIBES!!!! So pumped for that to come back, I truly fell in love with you guys with that series.
Ikea has a cable you can extend across and put curtains on it, cheap and easy ... no rods involved. Beautiful wood .. awesome job !! Looks fantastic ...
Wow! What a transformation! Love how well you three work together. It looks so good and so functional! I like how the handles are different colors. Love the new natural wood door fronts the curtains. Less visual clutter is nice! 👍
I absolutely love these kind of collaborative videos with all of you invovled! The energy is so fun, and its overall so happy and entertaining to watch! Cannot wait for more loft vibes 😊
I love me an organization video 🥰 this was super fun! Great job in the workshop to make it not only pleasing to look at but very FUNCTIONAL! My favorite 🤩 Looking forward to the future videos!
What an INCREDIBLE makeover! You gals are always shifting, upgrading, improving and just updating & learning as you grow- this is what makes me believe that women could run the world 🌎💪 I think the younger smaller team would look at their future with absolute pride 🥰 sidenote: so happy you kept those old labels on the free cabinets- such a fun detail of that piece's past 😊
Love a good organization video! I think the only thing I’m not a fan of is the different color handles. Maybe if they were in the same order on each section but being random kinda bugs me lol
I love how you organized the workshop. Becky And Kelsey how did you come up with the name Sorry Girls! It’s unique! You all are so talented. Love your videos! 😊🌈🌈🫶🏻
Your wallpaper brush tip? I call it storing by use. I store a pair of scissors in the pantry rather than in drawer like you'd expect - but I mostly use them in the kitchen for cutting open packaging so it makes sense to store them with all the packages that need to be cut open. We don't think it's unusual to have a cute box or bowl where you store matches next to whatever candle you're enjoying right now, that's storing by use, and you can do it for practical stuff as well as aesthetic stuff.
Stuff can go with its cousins (other types of brushes) or with its coworkers (wallpaper glue) - I think that was the analogy Kelsey was looking for
Love this!!
Yes! I watched a video a while ago detailing how this way of organizing works and it makes so much sense! 😊
I love Christine from iOrganize and her way of finding solutions! She originally had it as cousins vs coworkers but I think now she also added family to the mix
My guess is that you’re turning it into a full blown wood workshop for Rochelle
OH! That's a great idea! I thought something huge, well, this must be it! How wonderful to have everyone in the same area, and not have to keep transporting from one space to another!!!
I hope so!!!🤩
My second guess is, a podcast space?
'Mini' dust collection would be cool if that's the case
@@nomadine85 I don't think they're bringing it back 🤔
Best part was the ad lib voice over when the mics stopped working. 😂😂 such good team work!
Gotta do what you gotta do 😂 Thanks for watching!
SIDENOTE: Sorry Girls x Carhartt Overalls. This is a collab that should happen.
👀👀
I was wondering how no one commented on the matching overalls at the beginning!
Side note.. those aren’t even Carhartt overalls.
@@n.i482 Yes, but that would be a quality high profile brand to link up with
Sorry girls x dovetail workwear
i think loft vibes will forever be my fav series
Thank you so much! 🥰
I want and need them to live on foreverrrr!!
the yellow with the low lighting always made it feel like an old basement (no offence LOL) so the white with the fluorescent bulbs just makes so much more sense especially considering it’s a storage room and workspace. cant wait to see more loft vibes!!!
Yesss I’m so happy the yellow is gone lo
The airport storage cabinets are a fantastic find! Looove the organization and storage! Great job ladies!!
Thank you so much! 🥰
love it when kelsey and becky come in a video together. so many nostalgic og loft vibes! :D
I LOVE THIS. Storage, organization, free things, reusing materials, mixing paint, I love this.
Us too!! Thanks for watching :)

Woodbridge or Vaughan, are not quite Toronto lol
Can believe how much bigger the space looks. Makes me want to organize my garage!
Tip: a more budget friendly curtain rod, PVC pipe. Can be painted and it is large enough to fit any size needed for a room, though its not adjustable it can be cut to size if just using to hang a curtain you don't plan on changing out often.
Wooden dowels are also a great alternative!
PVC pipe is pretty expensive these days -- especially since you'd need the heavy duty and wide diameter pipe so it wouldn't bow in the middle.
I had a 14' curtain rod run at my fishing shack. I used conduit and connected the pieces with carved wine corks. Two 10' x 3/4" pieces was less than $20. seeing all that storage go back in was S-A-T-I-S-F-Y-I-N-G! great job!!

Great job. I love that you left enough breathing space to put in something aesthetic like a painting.

Right? TSG home paints would be lovely
That would be a genius product to create! I'd want Storage Room White, Kelsey green, Becky Orange, and Rachel blue!

Loved seeing the three amigos do this awesome makeover
Ngl I'm gonna miss the yellow but omg the new airposrt cabinets and drawfronts with the colorful pulls look SO GOOD love it
Love the new improved workshop! Also great to see Kelsey and Becky together, always lovely to see Rochelle!
The 3 of them together is terrific!

Love these 3 working together!! 💜🩷💛
What a cool back story on the cabinets 🎉. More Loft Vibes! YAY ❤ The ad lib voiceovers.😂

Great job, NOW you just have to make sure you put things back to their designated spaces when you’re done with them!
That's why labeling is so important when there are so many people using the same space.
The lights and the paint color change really helped brighten up the area! This inspires me to do the same in my creepy basement storage area that I try to spend zero time in. Great work, everyone!
It's looking so much better and unified. I love the plywood fronts and new handles. The new paint is so great. Great job!
The inset drawer pulls are giving ✨cervical dilation chart✨
😅😅😅
🤣🤣🤣 love
So glad loft vibes is coming back - it will be great to see you two working together again on a regular basis!
im so happy you guys decided to paint it white, it looks clean
Love the spray paint storage...but spray the tops so you can see what color they are!!
The colours are already on the lids!
SCORE on that Free Cabinet, tons of organized storage. Major improvement for the entire space, lots of great ideas.
I love the storage room makeover. It looks so much better and declutterred.
I think those colourful draw handles I swear are in my childhood memories from like daycare or something ❤ love them
What a thoughtful, economic and environmentally sound redesign! You're all masters at finding great stuff on marketplace!!
