Edo.. Tamil nadu biryani is more flavourful nd tasty than kerala biryani.. Their masala is unique nd they cook rice nd chicken together.. Kerala biryani is simply plain gee rice nd chicken roast with no flavour nd jus avg taste..pinne food text biryani is jus one tym try.. Not that great.. Avar athil entho essence or some kind of flavoured water add cheyyunnundu.. Nd that is actually overpowering in that rice. Try biryani frm Hyderabad nd Bangalore.. Then only u will understand kerala biryani is simply a waste..

Bangalore Donne Biryani ആണോ താങ്കൾ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചത്. For me, Hyderabad Biryani is over rated. Biryanis in Tamil Nadu are way better than Hyderabad Biryani. May be the rice used in Hyderabad Biryani - Basmati Rice doesn't absorb masalas much. Malabar Biryani is heavy to stomach but tastier. Try biryanis in Kozhikode.
