- नरेंद्र मोदी की सरकार में लोको पायलट्स के जीवन की रेल पूरी तरह पटरी से उतर चुकी है।
गर्मी से खौलते केबिन में बैठ कर लोको पायलट्स 16-16 घंटे काम करने को मजबूर हैं।
जिनके भरोसे करोड़ों ज़िंदगियां चलती हैं, उनकी अपनी ज़िन्दगी का कोई भरोसा नहीं रह गया है।
यूरिनल जैसी बेसिक सुविधाओं से भी वंचित लोको पायलट्स के न काम के घंटों की कोई लिमिट है और न ही उन्हें छुट्टी मिलती है। जिसके कारण वह शारीरिक और मानसिक रूप से टूट कर बीमार हो रहे हैं।
ऐसे हालात में लोको पायलट्स से गाड़ी चलवाना उनकी और यात्रियों की जान को जोखिम में डालना है।
INDIA लोको पायलट्स के अधिकारों और वर्किंग कंडीशंस को बेहतर किए जाने के लिए संसद तक आवाज़ उठाएगा।
इस छोटी सी चर्चा को देखकर आप भी उनकी पीड़ा को महसूस कर सकते हैं।

All this is very true indeed..
I am a loco pilot and I know this, I face this. A systematic change is needed.
1) sign on to sign off must be within 8 hours, not 1 min extra, if sign off is done at out station then crew must not be disturbed for 8 hrs, if sign off done at HQ then crew must not be disturbed for 20 hrs. Currently in our station administration give call after 4+2hrs and rest at HQ is 14+2 hrs.
2) As of no schedule time for eating, our duty has no starting and ending time, eg duty start at 10:00hrs and finished at 21:00 hrs. In that time lunch and tiffin is requirment, without which we start to loose focus however currently railway never bothered when loco pilot will eat .
3) like eating there is no provision for nature call.
4) must be maximum 2 night duty and 2 nd night towards HQ.
5) we never go to a vacation or any holiday in peace because our leave never sanctioned, they mark as absent or absconding from duty even though we intimate at least 10 to 15 days early.
6) currently their is a concept of RMC and PMC which means railway medical sick certificate and private medical sick certificate. If more than 3 day sick then we have to take fit certificate from railway doctor, who basically harras us in various way, there are many cases where a high sugar employee given fit for duty even though he is not. This concept of railway doctor should be abolished, all registered doctor is competent, we don't need a railway doctor to give fit, a checklist signed by and registered doctor should be sufficient.
In summary railway loco pilot is a human, we expect a human like work environment, many times our branch officer compare our job to a clerical job of 8 hrs. But our job is much more difficult, 6 hours of focused job feel like a 9 hr job.
So, duty hours not 1 min more than 8 hrs. Abolish concept of long hours 9+2+2 hrs duty.
Take care of our leave and sick , don't harrass us in this matter, a stressful loco pilot can't do job properly.
Our work environment inside locomotive like seating, temperature etc should be humane.
We have to carry combined 8 to 10 kg tool and fog safe devices load in our shoulder always during on duty , however all this tool and device can easily be fitted inside locomotive itself, but because administration don't care about our well-being they made us do this year after year and we have no choice but to comply.

रेलवे मैं पॉइंट्स मैन जोकि स्टेशन मास्टर के साथ रहते हैं ऑपरेटिंग यानी ट्रेन परिचालन का कार्य करता है जो की ट्रेन परिचालन का महत्वपूर्ण अंग है उनकी ड्यूटी रोस्टर 12 घंटे का बना रखे हैं। सप्ताह में केवल एक रेस्ट का प्रावधान बनाए हैं हम लोग सप्ताह में 72 घंटे ड्यूटी करते हैं। जिसकी ना हमें तो ओवर टाइम एलाइंस भी नहीं मिलता हैं।
हम लोग भी इंसान हैं 8 घंटे का ड्यूटी रोस्टर होना चाहिए। लेबर रूम में तो खूब लिखते हैं कि सप्ताह में केवल 48 घंटे ड्यूटी हो।और यहां संरक्षण और सुरक्षा को एक तरफ रखकर इतना ड्यूटी कराया जा रहा है।

बात तो बिलकुल सही है लोको पायलट की ड्यूटी बहुत ज्यादा है और सुविधा कम,
लेकिन 10 years congress की सरकार थी तो क्यू नही इन चीजों पे ध्यान दिया गया , ये बस चुनावी स्टंट है कोई कुछ नहीं करने वाला चाहे किसी की भी सरकार हो, चीजे समय के साथ खुद बदलती चली जायेंगी।

I am an ordinary citizen of India who is currently preparing for exams and is unemployed. Many of my acquaintances are primary education teachers. Whenever I talk to them and complain that primary teachers are very careless and do not teach the children properly, their only response is that primary teachers are given so much paperwork besides teaching that they spend the entire day doing it. So, how can they teach?
I request the government to create a clerk post in every primary school and appoint clerks who can handle all the paperwork. This will relieve teachers from the burden of paperwork, giving them more time to teach the students properly. This will also generate employment in the country, providing jobs to the unemployed, and improve the quality of primary education.
According to the internet, Uttar Pradesh has approximately 1.5 lakh primary schools. If each school has a vacancy for one clerk, it would create around 1.5 lakh vacancies. This initiative will reduce the workload in schools and generate new employment opportunities.

श्रीमान एक बार डाक विभाग के अग्निवीरों से मिलो ग्रामीण डाक सेवकों से जो भारत मे डाक विभाग की नींव है। डाक सेवकों को 4 घंटे ड्यूटी का पैसा देते हैं और ड्यूटी 8 घंटे करवाते है। अधिकारियों द्वारा हर महीने टारगेट दिया जाता है जो बहुत मुश्किल का काम है। टारगेट के लिए हर अधिकारी सामने आता है लेकिन ड्यूटी 8 घंटे करने और 8 घंटे का वेतन देने के लिए कोई आगे नहीं आता है।
