With over two decades of professional Human Resources experience, Michael brings his executive-level expertise to team and HR Challenges. He is the cofounder of Potere Professional Services where he provides Fortune 500 HR support for non-Fortune 500 organizations. Michael holds a Bachelors degree in Communication and a Masters in Human Resource Management.
Michael is passionate about training front line leaders and also provides advice on constructive coaching, leadership techniques and makes career development recommendations. He has worked across a wide variety of industries (IT to Insurance) and within multiple Human Resources leadership capacities.
Michael has a knack for creating fun leadership analogies from his experiences in the outdoors or sometimes from his parenting mistakes.
