So glad Shane got good results from his biopsy! On the subject of fear, my favorite verse is Isaiah 41:10! When I fear I think of that verse, and it calms the fear! As far as not sharing all this sooner, people don’t need to know all the private stuff going on in your family. If people get upset because you didn’t share personal medical issues, they basically are stalkers. Never apologize for not sharing these kinds of things. God bless you and your family!
Hey Marina, just a little tip…your onions should be stored at room temp because any moisture that accumulates on them, makes them spoil faster. They should be stored in wire basket so they get plenty of air circulation. Love your videos.
They also say don't store potatoes right beside onions, too. Something about the gases mixing. Seriously, I read it somewhere and so now I put them in different baskets.

You are so right about when it hits home. So thankful Shane is ok!! I crushed my knee, my daughter had a cancer diagnosis and my son committed suicide. All in a short period of time. My daughter is now cancer free after chemo and radiation. But with the grace of God and a lot of faith, I am strong. I understand your fear. Love pantry stock up videos. I am getting my list made for our winter stock up. We work on buying extra each month so we are stocked up on supplies for the winter then fill in items to replace what we use . This saves us having huge grocery hauls when the weather is bitter cold. I would like a video about the homeschool curriculum. With the kid's school supplies, you can get them a book bag or use a bag they have. That way if you need to go out they can take their homework with them and all their school supplies are together. The store idea is great and rewards idea is great. You can even give them old ATM cards to buy from the store. They have to balance their checking account.

Aww so grateful that you and Shane got such good news. I know how it feels . I lost my partner at the age of 43 when my son was only 7 years old. Even though it wasn't the outcome I wanted. Thank God, he’s ok! Be Still and Know has been my go to verse since my husband died 18 months ago! Like you, I was consumed with fear, and God knew it! My daughter in law bought me a Rae Dunn coffee mug with Be Still on it. Since then that verse has popped up everywhere I have been on social media. God talks to us, we just have to listen for His voice!
Hello! Something to consider is taking the money you spent on desserts/snacks and instead purchase meat, cheese, fruit, veg and other high quality nutrition. I know you are working on getting healthy, which is awesome, but feeding those items to your children will never help them be healthy. Those are literally the things people get sick and overweight eating. You might really like the trim Healthy Mama method. Keep growing and learning.
I have to agree. Kids seem like they can eat anything but it catches up with them. They need us to help them have healthy habits. I wish my mom made healthier choices for me and had a regular meal schedule instead of letting me graze all day long which leads to over eating and not recognizing when I’m full. I find Instagram so helpful, lots of pediatric dietitians on there with helpful advice!

Oh girl. You were speaking straight from God to me today. Be still and know... Be still and know... My favorite verse but my outcome was different. I too was waiting for that phone call. It finally came and it wasn't good news. I have major surgery next Wed to remove my rectum and some colon. I am 52 and have to have a bag. I have too much scar tissue for laproscopic so it is between 6 to 12 hr surgery. I'm a single momma and I'm so worried for my kids. My son had same cancer stage 4 at 16 yrs old, he beat it. So will I, be still and know!!! Thank you for Shane's praise report. It's sonetime hard to remember, you and your family are real people with real problems. Thank you ...

We don't do allowance either for the sa.e reasons. . My sister's and I helped my mother with her in home daycare so we weren't required to do household chores. I was very versed in caring for babies and small children but not housework. Toss in undiagnosed untreated ADHD and boy howdy it has been a struggle. Now, at 50, with teenagers I have it under control. I love your videos. Your for God, your family and pride in your home is wonderful to watch! You have inspired me!

As a person who worked in a hospital in the pathology department I know how hard it is for people to understand why it’s taking so long to get a test result back I think that they don’t understand what a biopsy goes through it goes through so many procedures from the time we get it and then to have to diagnose that specimen we want to make sure that we are doing 100% on it our pathologist never rush through anything from the simplest thing to a major possibility that something could be malignant I am so glad Shane‘s biopsy came back negative much love Susie

The plants look like they might need more water. It's exciting to watch plants grow and produce things. Peppers are really easy to grow if you ever wanna try those. I am growing bell peppers and other types.
The male flowers the ones that dont have the cucumbers or squash on the end, cuz you dont want to ki your produce, but you can take them and make salad with them. Or mix in salad. Very nutritious and fun to eat flowers. :) the girls especially would probably like it. Have like a little tea party with edible flowers. 🥰 it's also a very good extra curricular activity for homeschooling.

I know you are working on getting healthy, which is awesome, but feeding those items to your children will never help them be healthy. Those are literally the things people get sick and overweight eating. You might really like the trim Healthy Mama method. Keep growing and learning.
Yes! And even things that aren't overtly sweet have sugar. Anything processed usually has some sugar.
I have to agree. Kids seem like they can eat anything but it catches up with them. They need us to help them have healthy habits. I wish my mom made healthier choices for me and had a regular meal schedule instead of letting me graze all day long which leads to over eating and not recognizing when I’m full. I find Instagram so helpful, lots of pediatric dietitians on there with helpful advice!

My favorite verse but my outcome was different. I too was waiting for that phone call. It finally came and it wasn't good news. I have major surgery next Wed to remove my rectum and some colon. I am 52 and have to have a bag. I have too much scar tissue for laproscopic so it is between 6 to 12 hr surgery. I'm a single momma and I'm so worried for my kids. My son had same cancer stage 4 at 16 yrs old, he beat it. So will I, be still and know!!!

We don't do allowance either for the sa.e reasons. . My sister's and I helped my mother with her in home daycare so we weren't required to do household chores. I was very versed in caring for babies and small children but not housework. Toss in undiagnosed untreated ADHD and boy howdy it has been a struggle. So glad things are ok and nothing cancerous. I went through the biopsy mess recently and it is the scariest and most nerve wracking thing ever. Waiting for that kind of news is unbearable! Thank God all is well with Shane. All was ok with me too no cancer. Also wanted to say yes to homeschool content. Curriculum and what school days are like for y’all. Love homeschool ideas ❤️ Also I didn’t know about how the adds worked. I will be watching them all now. That’s what I do with my huskies treats. I buy in bulk and hide some. So weeks down the road when they say mom we need treats. I open my pantry and say look what I found. They get so excited. My huskies are my children. Lol.

As a person who worked in a hospital in the pathology department I know how hard it is for people to understand why it’s taking so long to get a test result back I think that they don’t understand what a biopsy goes through it goes through so many procedures from the time we get it and then to have to diagnose that specimen we want to make sure that we are doing 100% on it our pathologist never rush through anything from the simplest thing to a major possibility that something could be malignant I am so glad Shane‘s biopsy came back negative much love Susie

The plants look like they might need more water. It's exciting to watch plants grow and produce things. Peppers are really easy to grow if you ever wanna try those. I am growing bell peppers and other types.

The male flowers the ones that dont have the cucumbers or squash on the end, cuz you dont want to ki your produce, but you can take them and make salad with them. Or mix in salad. Very nutritious and fun to eat flowers. :) the girls especially would probably like it. Have like a little tea party with edible flowers. 🥰 it's also a very good extra curricular activity for homeschooling.
