Hey bro, anti surge mode protect our mother board from over voltage ,if you disable it, some particular component may get burn. get close your nose to motherboard, you can realize burning smell
Cheers mate, hard to find this info, yet its so simple. ty for saving me time.
This method is different from what I had already tried.
There is a step in this method that I had not tried.
I performed it now and I will observe.
Thank you very much.
at first I bought a psu but it didn't solve the problem, after all the psu cable sockets I tightened it turned out that my computer was running fine. It turns out that the psu cable socket to the motherboard and the psu to the fan is the cause of the problem. so if you find a problem like this, it doesn't mean you have to replace the psu, it could be because the psu cable socket is not installed properly
You are a genius bro thanks

Salute sir you are the legend enginer

No one do this, it isnt recommended, if you disable it the psu can give ur motherboard too much voltage that it can burn or even worse, explode. Asus anti surge is literally made to protect ur motherboard so dont do!!
Thank you very much
Is this a bios bug? if i turn that option off and if an actual surge happens then my pc will not turn off and my 5 volts option is at 6 volts i am not encountering the second option which is 12 volts on does this make any difference please reply quick
Thank you so much for the info you save me brooo...

12 V fault kyon aata hai..ise thik karne ki process batao....ignor karna iska solition nhi ho sakta hai.
If anti-surge works for someone, check if your processor supports the voltage of your RAM. the processor only supports 1.35 volt sticks, set the voltage to 1350 RAM in the bios and the problem disappeared
THNKS WORT IT 100%

At first I thought. there is a problem with the power supply unit. I've replaced it. but still have the same problem. I solved the problem in your way. it's working fine thanks alot.
Bro i followed all of your intstructions but mine freezes and shuts down
this song vibin
Are you on glue????? The +12 volt rail is reading 24 + volts and you turned the surge protection off?????? WOW!!!!! Just......WOW!!!!!
The Mainboard would be dead at 24V or not?
Not, remember the power supply has stored power not pushes power, the components on ur board will draw power where need be
my 12v got 9v only, how to fix it?
Meet the engineer
song name?
You are great bro thank you bro
How to solve without software????any register or MOSFET change
Thanks for making this video...
It has been working very well so far and has not produced any errors.
Bro so no problem with turning off anti surge?
yes! does not affect anything. it is just because the bios is faulty but the mainboar is too out of date so asus doesn't release a new update to fix.
Is it safe to disable anti surge? Or maybe later theres another problem with your motherboard? Just asking by the way thanks it really solve my problem
Thank you so much sir
Very Helpful information.
thank you so much
my computer wasn’t turning on. Thank you so much!
Thank sir.

Brand new sealed pack RMA PSU CORSAIR shows 8 volt in 12 volt line in bios. I got it RMA because of the same problem in old PSU. Attached new PSU. First 4 minutes shows 11 volt. Then black screen. Again checked this new one is also showing 8 volt in red colour on a 12 volt line. Is it because of faulty mother board 🤔 please help 🙏 or my gpu is crushing every other components 😢 i have suspicion on motherboard on rank 1, gpu on rank 2, and rams on rank 3. I use apc ups 1500va model to protect my pc.
Nice . Thnx.
Thank you❤
What the fuck, it didnt work. It literally still restarted just without that asus screen..
already done that I need the cause of overvoltage issue so I know what may need to be replaced.
@@adelahxade1638 With this type of motherboard it is also about to expire. you should be mentally prepared to buy a new motherboard.
I always get notif power supply surges, after I checked in the bios everything looks normal in the voltage section, what causes that?
@@walterbenegas4567 You just need to go to the bios and turn off the warning.
@@walterbenegas4567 the best way that you measure the output with multimeter, if the lines are right, your pc will be fine too
His trying to show you how to burn your house down don't do this people, and the fake comments on congratulating him is really childish you burning peoples house down
Thankxx
Thanks
Tnx
Thank u so much it’s working
Thank you soo much :D
Is ASUS aware of this problem? My ASUS board is registering the +5V signal as +10.200V I have to hit ignore also. What gives? Tried updating BIOS and using brand new PSU.
Asus knows, I think, but they haven't figured out how to fix it yet. Maybe this motherboard is too old and they want users to switch to a newer one.
Thanks bro it's working
My PC is having same issue now it's working fine👍
But what actually caused this???
Estou desesperado aqui, preciso do meu PC. 😭😭
Thx brother...

@@joshuabautista3269 could be caused by bios. Need to wait for the manufacturer to release a new bios version to fix the error.
@@khoanguyencomputer oh thanks for the answer. i hope that the manufacturer release update cause my mobo is 8yrs old release from now. thanks again i appreciate your kindness thankss !!

Is this harmful in future?
Not you! I have been using this method since the video was published and no other errors have occurred. 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
Thanks)
Love you boss
wtf are u doing, that is last defense for your other hardware
@@khoanguyencomputer what if the psu is failing and you disable the last defense? Your pc will go brrrt
this guy who made this video is scary doe, he did not measured the voltage rails with multimeter, it will cause harm to hardware if your run your pc on 13V or higher.
@@Uraim in theory you are right but in fact I have replaced a new power source and it still has the error.
@@khoanguyencomputer if the multimeter says its 12v but the bios tells its 20 then you are right, but most of the time bios tells it right and the power supply is faulty, you can never know what will happen next if you disable power surge protection.
I have the same problem with the 12+ high voltage, I don't thinks its the power supply problem, I have also put new thermal paste in the processor and it still has the problem. I really think its the motherboard itself, just buy new one or the same motherboard.
check your psu with multimeter, if it gives up to 13V, you should buy a new power supply. The psu rated for 12v but it gives like 12.6V, you're fine.
What caused the power surge ? Do I need to change my PSU ?
The reason is that the bios was wrongly identified, but asus did not release a new bios to update because this mainboar was too old.💦💦💦💦
Also change smps
same issue tayo lods anung ginawa mo?
Wont this burn up the pc is it truly has an issue i mean its unstable for a reason
My pc kept shutting off when playing games i still havent tryied if it works
Work wery well !!!
me servio... muchas gracias
Dont do this, it's going to decline the anti-surge when it's trying to give you the max power of your pc and is trying not to let it on fire, or even EXPLODE so plesse dont do this just get an new power supply
Or maybe... Just maybe, the sensors have gone bad?
I don't know, not everybody has cash to get themselves a replacement PSU, don't you think?
Also, if the replacement comes and it's still doing the same shit, you literally threw cash down the drain.
If the PC is functional, plays games fine and never crashes, it's the sensors... Simple as that.
Always is the same with this motherboard, changed over 3 PSU
I changed the psu and it works fine, the proffesional told me it's old news for these psus..
remember there is no 24 volts in psu on 12v so i think false alarm for the sensor
guys plaese help me i dont know where is the problem psu or motherboard my psu is 200w and it was working so fine but today pc closed and not opening only open the bios and red alert on 12v canal it was 14.5w so 2.5w enough what can i do please help
