Guys calm the hell down, the Flood house was a scene that the creators didn't want to use in the game that is missed out of place for the game, its behind the scenes in the PSN store. So they don't know if they should make it into a DLC or not.

No, the tsunami scenes aren't playable, but you can watch them on the bonus material of the cd. pretty god, such a shame that they picked them out.
