We really have to pay attention to the things we say. Saying something as simple as “good morning” is what keeps the energy of fear amongst us but we’re so blind to it because it’s been instilled in our ancestors then passed down. We’d never think twice of it because it sounds good but it’s actually something that’s said in the morning to keep us in check. It’s not our fault but it’s our responsibility to make change.

That’s something I’ve learned to pay attention to. I now do my morning salutations with “Good morning *insert anything negative that no longer serves me* and Grand Rising to *the things that serve me*

Thats gooood, I’ve been doing 5 year and 3 years… I definitely see why I need to have things in order a shorter time, there was so many set backs that I was aware would pop up and show up and they could have destroyed my whole 5 year plan, but if I planned in shorter blocks I could have have put in place more back up options when life’s unexpected hit. Thank you!!

I like this teaching Stormy it’s screams a great teacher😍… the other Stormy sparks my ptsd from my mean spirited big cousins and aunt’s that always talked to folks any kind of way… once I was old enough when ppl talked to me with a crazy tone and words I was was ready to fight😅 I know some bad habits are hard to break but I’m sure so many more will be touched and changed for the better if you always say when I talk to my students I’m going to use compassion when I speak to them because I don’t know there background but I going to grow them into there best future.
