I went to this shop last April, and yes the store manager is very polite not just in front of the camera, as some of the commenters mentioned. I bought XDI Octane Switch Level 2 jacket from him; I'll tell you what, I've ridden with it for about 5k to 6k (KMs) and it hasn't shown any sign of wear and tear. So, in short- 5 star rating store.
