HO Scrap Pile Figured Out. Finally !

You would think modeling a scrap pile is easy,right ? Of course it is. All it requires is card board,card stock,used dryer sheets ,your own scrap,hot glue and paint. The most important ingredients in this is imagination.
In the next video. I'll share with you every step in making this believable scrap pile. It won't cost much to make this pile. You already have everything needed in your home.

I've got a whole box full of old plastic wheel sets when I changed to all metal axles & wheels I was gonna throw away. Now I've decided to use them as gondola and flatcar loads. I've also got a few plastic knuckle couplers when I changed to Kadee body mounted couplers. They will also be made into a scrap load for a gondola. I make my own iron oxide (rust) from fine steel wool & vinegar. I also make my own weathering powders from chalk dyed with food coloring. Cheers from eastern TN

That is looking awesome now. Flaring the bottom out did make a difference. Scrap pile building 101 video sounds like an interesting video. The freight car looked really cool too.
