    Trying Keto has me realized that I may have ADHD. Without the sugars and minimized carbs, I noticed my body was stimmimg more. That is because of the lack of stimulants I have due to letting go relying on the fake stimulants that is the sugar and carbs ‘high’. Being that my body was more quieter without the fake stimulants, that is when I noticed that having coffee made my mind actually CALMER yet still had my body hyper. That is like Ritalin I thought where it helps the brain slow down. So at 51 yrs old that the low carb diet may actually have helped me to look into a specialized ADHD therapist (not regular therapist). It would help explain a lot of the missing pieces in my life. BTW, the bubbles from the seltzer has helped minimized needing that stimming thing I use to get from the sugar high or coffee even. Coffee is okay yet not too much. My brain may like it yet my body will start to get palpitations, so in moderation is okay. Seltzer it is then!

    What about a keto diet for maintaining weight or building muscle? If I am a healthy weight what is best diet to avoid mitochondria damage/avoid blood glucose increase etc.

      To maintain weight you can simple reduce refined sugars and carbs, keep proteins moderate

    Doc i eat daily
    *8 eggs boiled and fry in butter
    *2 avocados
    *2 sweet potatoes
    *2 cup of kimchi
    *2 cup of yogurt
    * sometimes a fish or a steak
    Did i am on keto?
