Sir, I’m an American, born and raised. And everything that you just said is spot on. A lot of us want our government held accountable. The people in office have broken their oaths. They are destroying us from within. They are committing treason and crimes against humanity. I want to leave this country and live somewhere peaceful, but I’m stuck in a system where I can barely make ends meet. Let alone think about leaving this place. Not that any other country would give favor in allowing westerners to live there. And I wouldn’t blame them one bit. I saw the evil of my own country from 4th grade up when we started learning history. I questioned the narrative. We don’t even have the right to be on this land. It was stolen through genocide and greed. I didn’t get to choose where I was born, and I hate that. And I hate that others in this world are suffering at the hands of our out of control government. What makes me even more sad is that they are using the money they steal out of our income to commit these crimes. So, as an American, I am drenched in the blood of innocents, and I never had a say in it. Many of us want to stand up and give the “or else”, but getting people on board is a tough sell, since many are brainwashed here via propaganda and lies. I want to peacefully protest by cutting off their funding since Congress doesn’t have the spine to do it. If every American who cares about all life would just go exempt on their W4s and stop paying taxes to both the states and fed, they’d get the message loud and clear. Bit it can’t be done by just a few, or we’d be made examples of and thrown in prison on a charge of trying to overthrow the government. Everyone here is under the illusion that we are free. We’ve never been free. No one is ever free when their government has their hands in your pockets, while parasitically riding on your back. I hate it. The only solace I find is that this life is temporary and I get to go back to my true home soon, away from this world. This place sucks. It gets 0 stars.

I understand brother Shahid is playing the “ long game” here by slowly but surely sidelining the US and the West and not expanding the conflict which would be hugely detrimental for the emergence of the new Global South !!
My problem with his strategy in this case is that even if he achieves his long term objective it will be at the short term annihilation of the Palestinian people and I just cannot accept that strategy.
The Palestinian people desperately need their Muslim brothers and sisters to help them NOW !! with some kind of military intervention to stop the slaughter !!
