Kinda. Bayamón’s a really good store and they bring out the characters on weekends too, but it’s mostly Caguas. Carolina (the worst one) only brings the characters out for Disco Kids

A good while. I think it might be rarer nowadays but last year they did it sometimes, especially during the summer
