great fun, nice try, to the inexperienced or non experienced 4x4 guy you never run different sized tires, the diffs run the same gear ratio, would cause damage.
The chasis length is more.. if it was short he wudve crossed in the first attempt.. Whenever you are stuck in mud never Rev the engine... jus crawl out slowly on 1 gear..
I have zero mudding experience, but it looks like the Jeep has too much weight at the far end of the vehicle ( jack, spare tire, bumper, etc ), and could have made it with those things removed, and maybe some tire treads with a knobbier profile. It also appears that a smaller tire size in the front and a larger in the back would have helped. Would tire chains help ? If I owned a really good 4x4 jeep, I would not torture it like that. But I am and environmentalist, and I while I do enjoy 4-wheeling in the backroads, I preferre to do it with less impact to nature.
