I mean, it isn’t terribly surprising. Sweat is a PvE creator, and Pure is in the PvP sphere so hard he lacks basic exotics that take less than 30 minutes to obtain. As such he’s probably Raided less than 30 times period, never mind the hundreds of time quite literally EVERYONE else in his team has. I am completely convinced he was selected as a joke, and we can see Sweat actively regretting it from “I don’t have Parasite”
Edit: so I got curious and went looking for his Raid Report. He has 200 Full Clears, multiple Low Mans, multiple Flawless, and still sucks ass in PvE. Did he just get his ass hard carried by every team he’s done this with? Or did he actually take interest in PvE content?
I’ll never understand how Pure can have so many hours in the game and still be so casual at the game. It’s like “what have you been doing with all your time in this game?”
He just launches the same activity 1000 times a day. Control

That planets encounter... Did they ever learn how the damage mechanic actually works? You all need to step into the buff/plate at the same time. That is what starts the timer not damage. I know the onscreen UI stuff is a mess and hard to understand but if you notice you get "Field/Flux of Light/darkness" when you touch the plate. That is your damage window. Its 8 seconds long from whenever the first person touches the plate.

@@ImpatientPlatypus I could be wrong sure, but my team was having trouble with damage and when we started doing it this way we finished in like 2 wipes even on -20.
@@x9x9x9x9x9 they semi explain how it actually works in the video, so the way damage actually works on Explicator is you have roughly 45 seconds or 15 seconds a plate to get him below the little hp gate(which is why his bar has that part),if you do not get that bit of damage in, he will never swap plates, so you want to backload the damage for when you are about to break that portion of health, there will be 2-3 seconds of time to pump in damage, thats when you wanna nuke him, if you are too slow and take longer than 15 seconds a plate he will eventually stop damage entirely and you lose whichever plate you didnt step on, so in short, its not when you step on the plate, its breaking the damage threshold that forces the next plate.
@@MylestotheGallon Thats how I thought it worked until we started doing this other method when we counted down to stepping on the plate instead of damage. It went much better. I wont die on this hill but I will say it seems like the bar separator doesn't matter.

0:58 I will NOT stand for Heat rises being dissed. Being able to shoot and use abilities while midair is such a huge QoL buff. Icarus dash is for well skating, out of bounds, general parkour and for PvP. Icarus dash is not a necessity for PvE activities (or any other activities unless you're using Rain of Fire).
