Love this strategy, a variation of it is to spot 4H trend the exact same way you show it. But instead when there have been a pullback of atleast 3 candles, then go down to the 15min. Usually in the 15min you will find a "mini-trend" of same features as you describe it, wait for it to be a reversal, just like in the video and enter. You can also do it when the 4h trend reversal happens, but instead of waiting for a particular candlestick then just await the 15min to change direction. Basically you take 2 timeframes and wait for them both to align with each other. Have worked really well for me so far.

Dont over think it. If you believe you are in a downtrend, look at the previous uptrend to confirm that one did indeed end and then just take it from there. Anything beyond that is not needed to look at.

That's ICT breaker block The highest upclose candle between two lower lows = bullish breaker block The lowest downclose candle between higher high = bearish breaker block
