Madness Marc. I would never had thought the car would have enough weight to oppose the lift from the glider. Self regulating I suppose when the wheels lift the tow pauses until the wheels get a grip again. Any plans on trying the APM board again? I seem to remember you had issues running under MacOS. time to get a real PC :)
The car was on its front wheels for some of it. APM works fine under Osx, I was just getting some verification errors when flashing it. Main thing that puts me off the APM especially for planes is the lack of options for mixing.
Great job, and good hints on how to do this.

RCHacker To answer your question, ill be using it just for the HUD on the plane.
Curious about the distance the car traversed until release? Sure beats stretching out the old surgical tubing of any length. Good job!
Not sure, I wasn't watching the car. Probably about the distance between myself and James.
This idea brought to you by Gin? :)
Who is Gin?
The blue bottle in the back of your car, looks like a Gin bottle :)
Legacylout ah, yes we use the old bottles for water.
