Why do you use so much glue? And what type of glue is it? I have the same printer not in service anymore but I used 3d Lack „idk the English word for it) but 3d Lack works wonders for me I even use it on my Bambu lab A1

Hi I use glue sticks, and I use so much as prints keep failing without it. I tried hair spray but didn't work, and thank you for the advice.

@@lillystevenson7289 more isn’t always better i learned that keeping the buildplate clean is most important, rinsed it up under warm water and a little soap don’t touch the plate after that and dry it properly. Hairspray doesn’t work for me too that’s why I switched up to 3D lack (3d adhesive spray) it is an adhesive made for 3D printers witch loses its strength after cooling down. You can also try to use more heat for the first layer about 65°C and after 3-4 layers go back to 60°C but you can also leave it at 65°C. A problem what could be is the external fan I used it only for models with big overhangs the cooling power could be a little to much i experienced some issues with it on full blast. I hope this will help you al little but the most important step is to keep your build plate clean, oil from your fingers are the worst for printing even the best printer will have problems if you touch the plate and oil and stuff from your fingers laying on the plate. I would love to see if I could help you and if you want you can text me if you have questions.. I used my Neptune 4 over 500H of printing so I know some problems from this Maschinen.
