    Battery on in upwards position
    Apu on
    Crank right engine first and wait till 25rpms to push throttle into first detent to introduce fuel to start the engine
    Crank left engine
    Repeat for left engine.
    Set up day mode on both left and right MDI panels and turn brt on hud to max and along with brt above navigation screen in between your legs.
    Turn radar to stby and set IFA mode (right side of hip)
    Set up trim and reset FCS menu (left side of hip)
    OBOG system on
    Flaps auto
    Take brake off and arm ejection seat

      @@regoil really though, I play DCS and use the f-18 but I don't in any way correct an actual f-18 pilot lol

      Interesting you say that. We just had a great conversation with a General in the RCAF about the current upgrade project for the CF-18. It's Episode #47 of the "Go Bold with Joetey Attariwala" podcast. It's a cool conversation and outlines all the things planned for the fleet until the future fighter (F-35) arrives.       The legacy Hornet is super declassified at this point, which the CF-18 is. The Super Hornet is less so.

    lol not very thorough at explaining procedures i.e. startup, missed battery on, and eng crank left and right wait for 25% then throttle off idle lol but i get it
