sir, You forgot to mentioned that This class also we have to include in web.xml file, Those who are Facing "/WEB-INF/tlds/mylib" File not found please add created Custom Tag Class in web.xml. after namy time checking and research i resolved this problem.

Why have you given uri="WEB-INF/tlds/mylib" in tag.jsp file? Although there is no package "tlds" in WEB-INF.

There is no need for tlds package give the address as "WEB-INF/mylib.tld"

USE THIS "WEB-INF/tlds/mylib.tld" , instead of "/WEB-INF/tlds/mylib" ,if you are getting this error like "/WEB-INF/tlds/mylib" File not found
