The Magic 2 are excellent: once the target is locked, even if it uses flairs, the Magics will reach it, even more so if it has the misfortune to accelerate (post-combustion). I only use the Matra 530E as a secondary weapon, and even though it's slow, once it's launched from a distance of 1km, it'll hit its target because it's not a radar lock but a heat-based lock, and even flairs won't be able to deflect it from its trajectory because it's simply too close to the heat source.
