    This house reminds me of Naruto Uzumaki's house in the Hidden Leaf Village. I very much like it for that reason.

    It's interesting for a local native like me to see an English ad for expats. Maybe some rich Aussies and Chinese will buy one of these. It's a good quiet neighbourhood by the mountain.
    The agent looks stunning BTW tho lol

    Is it common for real estate agents to wear shoes inside a house in Japan? I thought that would be deemed disrespectful???

      @@maidenthe80sla That's what I thought. Maybe this area is mostly foreigners so they feel like they can wear shoes inside? It's just really disrespectfull, in my opinion.

      @@jkang7943 I bought an apartment in the city center of Sapporo. Because it gets so cold there, with houses, more maintenance is required (like pipes freezes and etc) so, for that reason I prefer an apartment.

    A japanese real estate company shows a japanese house in Sapporo, Hokkaido on an online plattform in the english language. Now, how bad is the economy in japan, due to demographic changes and a plunge in working age population, that there selling to international customers, while the migration policy has not changed and borders are still closed because of covid-19.

    Poles make better houses, they are bigger and even have attic rooms. It can withstand a very long time, they are well insulated. Most Poles live in blocks of flats, but even blocks are well insulated and have attics and cellars

    It is almost impossible for foreigners to buy a house or land, besides the price of the house, apartment or land there are other costs, so that the price can quickly more than double and Japan has this too Direction very restrictive regulations and you also have a certain aversion to foreigners. As a foreigner, you should have lived there for some time, know the customs and customs and be integrated into society. That has its advantages and disadvantages. For me as a German, however, the advantages outweigh the advantages, protection of society from foreign invaders and the preservation of culture and identity and, to a certain extent, it also prevents the sale of real estate to foreigners. As a Prussian, I can only say that rules, norms and respect and compliance with those maintain the integrity of a state.

    Why would you advertise a house as being "Japanese style"...when the house was built in Japan...by a Japanese company....of course it's going to be Japanese style...?
    It's a nice house but probably overpriced for the area which is why they're going to so much trouble to advertise it to an English speaking, Western audience.

    • @hokkaidohairun3209
      @hokkaidohairun3209  2 роки тому +1

      Recently newer houses built in Japan are "western style" without the traditional tatami rooms or Japanese style windows or sliding doors, so there is a specific differentiation made.
