In the same vein as deku needing to man up because hero work is more like being a part of SWAT or the Army than being a celebrity or policeman.
Bakugou needed to be psych evaled and given reeducation on the grounds of suicide baiting, homicidal rhetoric, violent tendancies, superiority complex and an unwillingness to conform to squad cohesion.
As well as racism against the quirkless.
