I got a treadmill to try to get into better shape. I figured I may as well make a quick video showing it off, too.

Hi I’m in Canada too. 6 mph is 9.7 km per hour , the pace is 6:11 for 1 km
I have the same problem with the mph, I prefer kmph but you can download and connect an app for treadmills so you can see your actual speed .
Is there a way to bed rid of those beeps? 😅
