First case - the plaintiff was obviously telling the truth and her father, the defendant, under oath, lied through his teeth. When the daughter was crying at end her thief of a father could have stepped up and at least offered her help but No, he gave up and walked away. I hope she re-filed her case wirh all the receipts and that she got the judgement she was entitled to.
First CASE:: I Believe the Father & his wife DID RUN HER CREDIT CARD UP & DIDN'T PAY IT...SHE JUST DIDN'T HAVE THE PROOF SHE NEEDED...I hope she gets the SIGNED Receipts & Follows up with a continuation...

Well, a VERY VERY small percentage of cases include sexual harassment. When it is brought up it’s not specific to the case, but a part of an explanation for actions taken that led to the lawsuit.
Sexual harassment accusations should be dealt with by the police, not what is essentially a reality show

Judy operates this show in a mediator capacity. Most serious sexual assault cases would be taken up with police and courts, not a mediator. In this particular instance, if she had actually reported SA 5 or 6 times to her company and she cannot produce any records of that or witness, that’s an issue.
If you look at enough of JJ, you WOULD know, it's not a small court but police matter. I am repeating what most people are telling you.
Yeah I felt bad for the plaintiff in the first case. And the more I see JJ handle SA cases or Physical abuse cases, I think she's stayed to long on the bench. Sorry just trying to keep it real. Im sure back in the day JJ was a great judge, now she's a good arbitrator and actress.
