The first gun my dad bought me to be "mine" was a single shot 410 at 8 years old, 12 years ago. It was a good gun to learn on. I think he got it for me because his 12 gauge kicked me into the ground.

I'm 45 and my first gun was a bolt action 22. A box of 50 was 50 cents and I'd work for 50 cents a day and buy a box at the local gas station. Shoot 50 a day. My friend had a 3 round semi auto 410 for his first gun... We couldn't really afford much ammo. We were what 7yo maybe just walking around shooting stuff. Now I feel like the government doesn't want me to have a 22 pistol.

Love the Banshee! CMMG has AR mags with 9mm internals so you can run your 9mm Banshee upper with standard AR lowers. One lower with 3 - 4 different uppers makes for a lighter load to haul to the range 😎👍

CMMG makes some very nice PCC's. I ran my first USPSA PCC competition today with my Resolute 300. She purred like a kitten and was a tack driver. It was almost like I couldn't miss if I tried. I was very impressed and she is a soft shooter. This is quickly becoming my favorite gun! Shootability, reliability, and a decent price point what's not to like!

The Ruger PC Charger is the best value in the market. It’s half the price of the Banshee 9mm and 1/3 the price of the MPX. It’s a metal upper, a takedown, and accepts Glock mags as well.

Is that technically a pistol though? I live in Maryland and it's extremely hard to legally buy a pistol but anyone over 18 can buy a rifle or shotgun with just the standard background check. To buy a handgun you have to do all sorts of classes and get licenses and stuff and I just want a good 9mm carbine to keep in the house I feel super uncomfortable not having a firearm. I was looking at the high point 9mm carbine mainly because of the price point

So glad to be looking and videos and researching firearms that Ive never been able to own here in California. I will be saying good bye to California for good in 2 weeks. Ive already gotten rid of most of my guns, and am in a hurry to start my collection with some new stuff. My wife and I purchased a 12.3 acre property just outside of Fort Worth, something we would have never been able to afford here in California. She and my kids have been there since August, but I stayed behind to finish up all of our affairs. In 2 weeks though, I will be hitting the road to my new home. I'm so fucking excited. Be kind to my family and I Texas. No need to leave blue state politics behind in California, because I have never had them.

His reviews last year are why I got it -- my first firearm. It has always been a pleasure to work with. BTW the price went up to $449 last year (just before I bought mine). Still, the price is as low as it is because it's sold direct to the public by the manufacturer: no middlemen. So that low price in no way reflects a lower quality of manufacture.

To be honest I'd take a cheap MAC 10 or MAC 11 over anything in this video. The MAC 10 and MAC 11 have one thing that make them more compact, they are grip loaded. So even attaching a tube and brace to a MAC still makes it much more compact than anything on this list. Not to mention they are cheap, super reliable, cheap magazines, pre threaded barrels to easily attack suppressors, fake suppressors, barrel extensions etc. So if it is just about an actual pistol that is high capacity and on the smaller side even with a brace attacked, it is hard to beat a MAC 10 or MAC 11. Just look at how much more compact a MAC with a brace is compared to everything else in this video. Hands down, the MAC wins. Also, besides the AR15 in the video, there are way more aftermarket parts for the MAC than anything else in the video, and you can swap uppers on the MAC just like you can with an AR15.

If you can get a grinder, welder and drill, you can buy mp5 parts and build one for around 1,500. There's good build series on yt. I've built a mp5 and an mp5sd. I even did the barrel headspacing and pinning myself for the first time on the SD. You will need a shop press for that, but if your willing to invest in tools, you can build guns for half the price of their retail cost and it feels awesome shooting guns YOU made.

I think the newer S&W M&P FCP is pretty good! $600 and it comes with a folding stock, piccitini rail, mlok, magazine holders, etc. The charging handle is kinda janky, and the bolt release is in a shitty spot that knicks your finger. So I just don't use that. But it works like a charm, and I've gotten used to the charging handle, so it's no biggie!

I built out my CZ Scorpion to include a suppressor and red dot and wouldn't trade it for any other PCC. Love the tack driving capability of it. I agree. Braced pistols are not the same as pistol caliber carbines.
A pistol caliber carbine is a carbine chambered for a pistol caliber, not a pistol configured to get around the SBR provisions of the NFA.
Ruger PC Carbine, Auto Ordnance Thompson, the old Marlin Camp Carbine, even the lever actions in .357 mag, .44 mag, and .45 colt are pistol caliber carbines.
