i haven’t listened to much of ringmasters from the early 2010’s, but their lock and resonance is INSANE. martin truly brought something to the quartet that made the ringmasters sound.

@@duskmallow Yeah all the NF4 vids from BHS already exists on youtube - their first contest was the 2013 youth quartet. There /might/ be videos that the Far Western District has from their qualifying rounds for international, but I wouldn't hold your breath.
It's just hard to accept that what we've seen till now is all we'll ever see of them... though of course I'm grateful that I got to watch these videos.

For me this was their best song the year they won. Its showy, artistic, energetic, and it may sound easy but this song is freaking Difficult!! They make it all look so easy.
It just keeps building and building... simply magnificent.
This was the year they won, right? How often did they compete until they won?
Dulcia Relicta they competed in the big boys comp the year they won collegiate, then they jumped up to fourth in 2009, third in 2010 ,then took a year off, came back and won in 2012.

If you're talking about 2:30-ish, yes that would be Emmanuel singing some relatively high notes for bari

Yoshua Hariman yeah Jakob has a very clean pingy high chest / full voice, so often you’ll Emmanuel or Rasmus above him (depending on the voice leading of the arrangement) as they have comfortable falsettos
