My understanding is that the Image Stabilization menu only functions for lenses without an IS built in. For those with IS like your 35mm F1.8 the lens switch controls it.
Ok I see that. "With IS-equipped lenses, setting the lens Image Stabilizer switch to ON combines stabilization by the lens and camera." It seems like for video you should be able to chose to only use the lens IS if you dont like the camera's IS
Excellent video - it helped me a lot. Question: After upgrading from the R5, the new camera doesn’t connect to Lightroom Classic for tethered shooting. Are you familiar with this issue? Thank you very much.
@@JohnGress Nothing special that didn’t work before with the first generation of the R5. I’ll uninstall Lightroom and reinstall it, maybe that will help.
thank you, when i tether my r5 mark ii to capture one, i cant use camera's shutter button, when i try to press the button camera's top screen says "busy" . Capture one's shutter button icon is working but camera's button not working :(
Thank you! You might be too close to the subject or your cards may need to be whipped because there are too many images on them and indexing them is slowing down the computer.
@@JohnGress That is only the case if you are using live view. If you disable live view and shoot normally it will allow you to adjust settings from both c1 and the camera. But when i use R6 even i am using live view i can use both c1 and camera buttons
hi sir how r u ... hope u r fine there.... sir need info about ai camera in our area AI camera there ..may 1yr will arrive...????? sir...alredy in market...pls tell me...info about that... very use setting for me...........thank q....
$15000 equipment insurance (last time I checked) is a poor joke these days, at least for the "P" (professional) in in PPA. Buy a couple of bodies and lenses and you're past that number real quick. I would imagine even $50000 could easily be surpassed when adding lighting, computer gear, etc. to the mix.
Just bought mine, this is excellent. Thank you.
Great to hear! Thank you and enjoy!
Huge help, thank you! 🙏
You're welcome! awesome! Thank you
Quite useful video, especially for the ones like me who are lazy to read the manual lol
🙏🏼🤣 I know the feeling!🤣🙏🏼

I meant to also thank you for this video, and I'm looking forward to part 2!
Good Camera!

Thanks! Did you update LR?
@@JohnGress yes of course
Do you have another program open that is stealing the signal?
