Man I dropped Apex at the beginning of Season 18 and wanna come back. But none of my friends play anymore (not like I wasn't solo queing for 95% of 18 seasons anyways) but the low player base and cheaters are keeping me away.
Yeah, Season 21 is probably the WORST season for a comeback. Content creators definitely aren't exaggerating as they often did in the past, its f-ing bad this time. And it doesn't affect "just" higher ranked lobbies as it was before. Its from low ranks to pubs, mixtape, ltms. People don't do it to boost people for money anymore, they do it for the sake of cheating and being scums killing the vibe for everyone, because they "can"... I played a bit of Ranked last week and a half of Split 1 and got matched with cheating DUOS clearly not boosting anyone numerous times who died to another cheaters. Gdolphn posted a video recently tracking some discord server, just 7 cheaters manually banned in a day which doesn't even scratch the surface. A season ago they banned the same amount per LOBBY and now Respawn has just given up it feels like.

You can tell Asus didn't give you the god tier monitor because of the base, look at the OLED monitors out right now, fancy metal base, .01ms response time 240hz refresh, coating somewhere between glossy and matte It's perfection. Not the highest refresh, it's not a 540hz and the nits are lower than an ips monitor so it's a LITTLE dim during daytime use but it REALLY shines at night so clear, so sharp.
So I've been looking for a monitor for quit some time now I couldn't find the right one, but I'm getting the one showed in this video. I've been using a 11 or 12 year old monitor bc it was my dad's but he passed it down. Also switching to pc, I need some advice in the I own a ps5 but idk if I should swich or not.

You know, I couldn't imagine playing on something that small. I play on a 150 inch gaming projector and everyone tells me I'd play even better with a smaller screen but I have just never done it so hearing that someone has a less than 30 inch screen baffles me. Though mine can run 240 fps at 4.6ms, i do play on console and now that I can get 120 fps, it's way better.
However i really haven't gotten to experience the difference between 4.6 ms input lag and 1ms input lag or if there's any big difference at all?

If people keep paying money and playing the game they'll never fix it. Unfortunately with EA in control if customers actually show their disappointment and not just vocalize it they'll just drop the servers and axe the game. Regardless of how good the actual game is.

I only play ranked if i prefer the map so am still in bronze (i really dont care about ranked).
But have noticed there is cheating in bronze nearly every game too. I have only started to notice this since my friend went to pc and now play in those lobbies.
Been playing since season 4 on PS and never ever seen a cheater in all that time. Only as soon as i join pc lobbies. Its mental. And in bronze 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
