- Beautiful kitchen cabinet transformation in McAllen, TX. Watch how we take this outdated Golden Oak stain and beautify it with the color Bonsai Tint. We were amazed on how well the Sherwin Williams Emerald Urethane worked with our Titan Capsrpay 115. Amazing results!

As a retired, kitchen remodeler, it would have been a pleasure to have worked with you guys. I too, was very particular about the safety & quality of my work, so glad to see you guys are too... Much success to you & your crew👍
Dam bro I’m very impressed, great Job!!
Very impressive, great attention to the process and the finish product. Great work 👍🏼
Great job Man 👌 , I usually use satin, But whatever customer wants. Really nice work!
Hater of that color. Your painting was good.
Wow! Such attention to detail and a great result! 👍👍
Nice love to see a non white kitchen!
Natural wood grain to "mental hospital" mint green... Excellent choice 😂
Wow! Great work, impeccable finish
Is that paint still holding on the caulk? Many painters debating to caulk or not to caulk floating panels?
I’ve done a lot if painting, both home and automotive. And I was very impressed with your work process, tools, and results 👍🏼.
That said, I’d rather HIIRE YOU GUYS to do my cabinets, than invest in the equipment, time, etc. doing it myself! 😄
(Wish you had a branch in So. CA!)
I've never seen anyone caulk the panel to the rails and stiles.. It's supposed to float freely, the wood would expand and contract and you end up with cracked caulking 🤔
Wow absolutely awesome process You definitely pay attention to detail The color is hideous for that space but you guys did an amazing job
😅Exactly my thoughts about the color (and the massive prep & painting!).
That's a sea foam green, it compliments the pink tiles and counter really well actually. Maybe if they had stainless steel appliances and cabinet handles it would pop better.
Which size tip did you use for the gun? Did you thinned the paint?
Ok I did my entire LARGE kitchen like this and I really hope that the finish can stand up to long term abuse. At least I have plenty of paint left over if I have small issues. But I don’t want to see paint scraping off with use around handles and edges.
Nice job! Great prep...
Great job
Very informative video
Did you use a grain filler or does the primer and or paint fill or block the grain?
Looks like the client chose to go with grain showing
Final product looks outstanding!
Keep up the good work!
Doesn't look like wood filler was used. I am about to attempt this myself as a homeowner, wish me luck.
Me gusta como muestras todo lo que usas y traes todas la erramientas de las mejores llo tamvien tengo la festol y esta muy buena para el polvo
Just curious...how long from beginning to end? You took the prep work very seriously...you definitely would be someone I would hire if you were near me.
How long do you let it cure before reinstalling them back on with hardware?
You guys are awesome. Can you tell us why you caulked the internal edges on the cabinet doors please?
I think if you paint a cabinet door that was previously just stained, you will see a gap. That’s just what I’ve learned here on UA-cam so take my word with a grain of salt.
No primer need it?🤔
Who paints their cabinets "GREEN" ?
The color is nice. Not so much with the floor, counter tops, and appliances
Agree. Now they need to redo the rest of the kitchen to work with the cabinet color. Should have gone with something the pairs better with the beige countertops
Yeah, gosh, what were they thinking
@@ericjohnston2997 I can only think that have a plan and are doing it in stages.. We are doing ours that way in order to save up for each step.
I can't believe you sanded and sprayed the doors inside the house. You would have minimal dust and overspray doing the faceframes and sides but you made it a bigger issue by doing the doors and drawer fronts inside.
Do I need to sand?
Hi ! I wonder if counters are made of MDF ?!?
Greetings 🖖
What sheen did you use?
Too shiny.
The shiny is what makes it look factory!
@@sharronharding8112 Shiny is what makes it look like plastic, PLUS shiny shows all the imperfections and wood grain. I would not go that shiny.
What spray system do you use? I am graco but don't like the finish
How many gallons of paint did you use for this? Thanks
2 gallons of Emerald Urethane and 2 gal of pro block oil primer.
No grain filler?
What was Estimate $$$
What is name primer .
Porque tienes la alijadora la surf y no la festoll que es el mismo diseño es mejor esa o que piensas bro grasias
Did you make that drying rack?
Yes sir, its homemade. It's actually are buddies.
Hola amigo me gustaria saber como le hiciste para traer el vaso de pintura colgado y la pistola q usas
Es un estuche que vende aparte Titan. Es mucho mas facil para esprayar gabinetes. Pregunta en Sherwin Williams o al vendedor.
how many gallons did you use
Q praimer usaste
It’s hard to understand why you don’t use an airless air assist sprayer. I used to use the sprayer you are using over 25 years ago.
nice
You should have used grain filler for the oak. Just painted my oak cabinets with SW Emerald and an airless sprayer. Spent a lot of time and effort filling the grain. They look like they were painted in the factory... no visible grain whatsoever. Not an easy job!!!
Not everyone wants the grain filled. Takes twice as long to prep, therefore more expensive and some people appreciate the natural grain in oak. I have a lot of clients that want a mixture of stained and painted cabinets and it makes sense to keep the grain in oak. As long as paint gets in all the grooves it still comes out professional. First coat should be brushed and then sanded well.
I would charge $2,000 to paint those.
which primer did you use?
We used ProBlock Oil Base by SW.
Good job, but damn the color choice 😢
Excellent Job!!!!!
but the color..... puke me
Oak grain costs extra.
Emerald Urethane is good trim paint it just isn’t KCMA approved.
Music drives me crazy and makes it hard to watch
I don’t like seeing the oak wood grain .
Another company using trim paint on cabinets
Hasta ora veo un hispano que hace videos en inglés,será que son de aquellos que les da pena hablar el español XD🤦🏼♂️
That color is hideous with everything else around it🤢!! The paint job looks great! The color does NOT!
Great paint job. Ugliest color ever.
horrible color
Good thing it wasn't your kitchen!
this is a joke! good video on how not to refinish cabinets correctly! if your not using industrial wood finishes please leave it to the professionals.
They’re ugly oak cabinets anyway.. let the amateurs do those. I don’t know which is uglier, the before or after.
Please fill the grain. Just awful.
