I try to keep them organized, but it had been two years since I've really gone through them. The storage unit has a lot of candles that I need to go through. Stuff gets lost in there.🤣 Between the storage unit and your candles under the stairs, we'd have a good time!😀
@@JenniferZadell maybe get a scrapbook and stick the labels in it with the finish date and then recycle the glass jars. You’ll have a lovely reminder of what you’ve used over the years.

I LOVE candle collection videos and while I always appreciate anyone UA-camrs efforts, they oftentimes fall flat because they might have about 20 candles or something. I like a HOARD of a candle collection! I myself have more candles than I would admit to most (except a fellow fanatic lol), and I thoroughly enjoy seeing another fanatic with a huge and interesting collection! I have the exact same problem. We live in a townhouse, so not a whole lot of storage space. Sometimes I keep candles under the bed while I try to figure out some more space.😂 There's so many candles coming out for spring too. The struggle is real.🤣
This was so cool to see all the labels thru the years!! My husband has said with my collection if we are out of the house but nearby and someone says a house is on fire but it smells good we’ll know it’s our house 😂 Thanks for sharing your collection with us ❤

So many candles come out each year, its hard to decide which ones to get. You never know which ones are a one time thing and which ones will be back next year. Plus, space always plays an issue for me. Decisions, decisions.😂

As I’m first to comment, yay! Waited so long for this. Spiced Cranberry Toffee is so strong. I finished mine a while back but the memory of the scent is still here. Prickly Pear Sangria and Winter Pear Forest are so similar and remind me of the wonderful Sparkling Pear Riesling from a while back. Lovely collection, well done! Pauline.

I’ve been collecting BBW Since 2014. Years prior, like you, I would buy one or two Bath &Body Works candles in a particular season and burn them immediately. Also prior to 2014 I primarily bought Yankee, Village and Colonial candles. I’ve been burning Yankee since the 90s bought my 1st Yankee when I was 16 in 1992, it was Macintosh! 😊 Also been buying Village since the late 90s one of my FAVORITE candle companies!! I used to buy almost every BBW candle in a collection and 12-15 of the same candle if I LOVED the fragrance. I’ve DEF slowed down throughout the yrs and buy 3-6 of a Fragrance I love but still maybe a few more. lol! I ALSO have a storage unit with WAY TO MANY candles in it! I recently moved and have more space so hoping to get everything to my house sooner than later. But 2 apts ago I also had a walk in candle closet!! Eric a lot of similarities friend! ❤ I did get quite a few Happy Kwanzaa Frankincense & Amber this year found it 75 off and is one of my faves!! 😮It’s actually a repack of the THANKFUL Frankincense & Myrrh Aromatherapy Candle from a few years back. FYI Evergreen was out this year as Evergreen & Fir.🌲❤️. I LOVE the collection! And sorry for the essay. 😂😂
I love that you've collected candles since 2014! Its been a long time since I bought a village candle. I used to love their vanilla candle, it was so strong for vanilla. I try to only buy 3 or 4 of a candle that I really like. Realistically, I just don't have the room. My next house will have a basement, thats for sure.😂 I wondered about Evergreen and Fir, if it was just Evergreen. It did smell lighter to me, however, all the candles seem lighter than they used to be which is a shame. P.S. I love the essay!!!😀
Don’t worry! There will be plenty of time to catch up! I used to (and sometimes still do )- stress over ones they don’t get back or I’ll buy a ton of one kind I love because of the same fear. Or I will see a video that has candles that I missed out on and might have loved. My mate always reminds me that they will keep coming up with new fabulous scents and I am passing along his wise words!😊
Finished watching your collection! Was fun to see all of those candles! There were many candles that I was unaware of despite shopping at BBW frequently. Probably because I used to shop only in store until 2020. I was surprised to see that they brought back Chestnut and Clove in recent years. I actually have one from 2012, labeled Slatkin and Co., that I burn only on Christmas, lol!😊

When someone told me Leaves and Spiced Apple Toddy were the same I didn't believe it. I had to do a sniff test as well. They do smell very similar. Have a happy New Year!😀
Such a nice collection Eric! I always go thru all of my candles and organize them twice a year. Once to pull out fall and winter and again to pull out spring and summer. I also like to see them and know what I have. I do have several that are not to be burned that are stored separately,but not a ton. Mostly just signature scents, glass lid candles and special drops and collabs. I used to save more ,but it starting getting a lil out of hand lol
I also love Smoked Vanilla and Smoked Vanilla Whiskey!! A bit different IMO but Very Similar. Smoked Vanilla Whiskey is a Dupe for “Warmth” Fireside comfort which came out for 2017 candle day in same collection as “Soft”Pink Petal Teacake, “Comfort”, “Chill” and “Nook”. AMAZING Collection with fragrances that HAVE NOT been back since besides Warmth(Smoked Vanilla Whiskey) & Pink Petal Teacake. Would LOVE LOVE LOVE for BBW to release that collection again. But that was a collection with scandal bc of the labels, I’m sure you’ve heard about it throughout the years. It was said they copied another companies design. Nook was actually pulled from the shelves and BBW had to remove the labels bc that particular candle was identical to the other companies if I remember correctly. It was a Scandinavian company. I have a Nook Candle in my collection with no label which is a Rare candle but ppl that have the Nook WITH the label have an even more rare candle!!

My favorite candle for each season, thats a tough one.🤔 Spring, Lavender Marshmallow. Summer, Sunset in Maui. Fall, Pumpkin Bonfire. Winter, Tis the Season.😀
You are so brave sharing your collection. I did it one time and was ridiculed for it so I won’t do again. I hope people be nice. I started heavy collecting Fall of 2017. I was like you buying here and there but then bam, I got drew in somehow with the single note candles in Fall 2017 and bought that entire collection. Also, what racks size did you use for your room? How many per shelf across and stacked? And the shelf size for your temp controlled storage unit? How many candles per shelf and stacked? Thank you! Truly enjoyed this video!!!!
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed the candle collection video. I had been hesitant to do this video, but so far everyone has been very kind in the comment section. The racks I use are SafeRacks. You can find them on Amazon. The 2 silver racks I have at the house are 14"×30"×60". I stack them 3 candles high and they are 3 rows deep and are 7 candles across. Each shelf can fit 63 candles. Cost around $89 on Amazon. The rack I have in the storage unit is a bit larger, 18"×36"×72". I can stack them 4 candles high and 4 rows deep. I believe I get 8 candles across. So each shelf holds 128 candles. Costs around $149 on Amazon. I love using these racks because they can hold the weight with no problem. I definitely need to add another rack here at the house.😂
I near about fell over about harvest linen and spiced cranberry toffee ...they both need to return! Cozy Christmas pjs wallflower smells alot like harvest linen ....maybe cozy christmas pjs will be a candle next year (ill take the harvest linen dupe/what i can get) . Also bummed no christmas ornament the 2 i have were on my tree this year.
Had I known that Harvest Linen and Spice Cranberry Toffee wouldn't reutrn I would have stocked up. Maybe they'll give us Cozy Christmas pjs next year in a 3 wick.😊🤞
Wow....impressivethanks for the effort in organizing/filming that...the only ones I have extras of are The Perfect Christmas with the Santa black buckle lid/and the white Santa glass lid, I have all eight of the book scene Christmas that are displayed on my mantle, and the 3 red, green, blue Christmas ones...the rest I burn, though I might have backups of some I like...have you thought of putting a battery operated tea light in your empty candle jar?...I bet it would be pretty...burning GC "Classic Christmas Tree"🎄
I try not to keep to many candles that I won't burn. Just ends up taking up too much space. Sometimes I use tea lights in the empty candles that I keep.😊

Like the names and how many you have of each and where you keep them? I like that you organize by season. Looking forward to the next video on your spring and summer candles. AMAZING Collection with fragrances that HAVE NOT been back since besides Warmth(Smoked Vanilla Whiskey) & Pink Petal Teacake. Would LOVE LOVE LOVE for BBW to release that collection again. But that was a collection with scandal bc of the labels, I’m sure you’ve heard about it throughout the years. It was said they copied another companies design. Nook was actually pulled from the shelves and BBW had to remove the labels bc that particular candle was identical to the other companies if I remember correctly. It was a Scandinavian company. I have a Nook Candle in my collection with no label which is a Rare candle but ppl that have the Nook WITH the label have an even more rare candle!!

My favorite candle for each season, thats a tough one.🤔 Spring, Lavender Marshmallow. Summer, Sunset in Maui. Fall, Pumpkin Bonfire. Winter, Tis the Season.😀

I started heavy collecting Fall of 2017. I was like you buying here and there but then bam, I got drew in somehow with the single note candles in Fall 2017 and bought that entire collection.
Also, what racks size did you use for your room? How many per shelf across and stacked?
And the shelf size for your temp controlled storage unit? How many candles per shelf and stacked?

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed the candle collection video. I had been hesitant to do this video, but so far everyone has been very kind in the comment section.
The racks I use are SafeRacks. You can find them on Amazon. The 2 silver racks I have at the house are 14"×30"×60". I stack them 3 candles high and they are 3 rows deep and are 7 candles across. Each shelf can fit 63 candles. Cost around $89 on Amazon. The rack I have in the storage unit is a bit larger, 18"×36"×72". I can stack them 4 candles high and 4 rows deep. I believe I get 8 candles across. So each shelf holds 128 candles. Costs around $149 on Amazon.
I love using these racks because they can hold the weight with no problem. I definitely need to add another rack here at the house.😂
I near about fell over about harvest linen and spiced cranberry toffee ...they both need to return! Cozy Christmas pjs wallflower smells alot like harvest linen ....maybe cozy christmas pjs will be a candle next year (ill take the harvest linen dupe/what i can get) . Also bummed no christmas ornament the 2 i have were on my tree this year.
Had I known that Harvest Linen and Spice Cranberry Toffee wouldn't reutrn I would have stocked up. Maybe they'll give us Cozy Christmas pjs next year in a 3 wick.😊🤞
Wow....impressivethanks for the effort in organizing/filming that...the only ones I have extras of are The Perfect Christmas with the Santa black buckle lid/and the white Santa glass lid, I have all eight of the book scene Christmas that are displayed on my mantle, and the 3 red, green, blue Christmas ones...the rest I burn, though I might have backups of some I like...have you thought of putting a battery operated tea light in your empty candle jar?...I bet it would be pretty...burning GC "Classic Christmas Tree"🎄
I try not to keep to many candles that I won't burn. Just ends up taking up too much space. Sometimes I use tea lights in the empty candles that I keep.😊

Hi Eric, hope your Christmas was wonderful. Great to see your candle collection. Glad you have a system that works for you. I have a question…do you keep track of your candles on paper? Like the names and how many you have of each and where you keep them? I like that you organize by season. Looking forward to the next video on your spring and summer candles. You have many of the same candles I have. I do burn them and like you, I save the empties that have unique or special designs. There are a few I won’t burn either. I have some from Slatkin days I won’t burn. Thanks for sharing.
