She not in love with the "Bad boy", she's in love with the drama. If the "bad boy" ever grew up and become responsible, she would fall out of love with him.
Exactly a bad boy can also make a woman feel good by taking away the pressure of having to be a good girl. While a good man can make a woman feel bad by showing her she's not a good woman.
Also, note that love-triangles are a-ok when it's a woman and two men, and it's always "Oh poor girl how can she possibly choose between them" and this will go on-and-on and rarely be resolved because women like the constant angst. On the other hand when it's a man and two women suddenly it's "why doesn't he make up his mind and stop leading them on?".
Even the police, who will often refuse to charge the woman and then tell the guy to "man up", and then even if it DOES get to a jury, the chances that a jury will convict a woman of assault is extremely low unless the guy has a ton of bruises and looks "defeated" by the woman (basically you have to look like the woman battered you beyond recognition). Like you gotta have teeth missing basically, or some sort of sob photos (and even then the woman who did it needs to look butch or "tough" or the jury may not "buy" that she did it beyond reasonable doubt). But hey, we supposedly are an "equal" society and yet only men have to register for the selective service. So our society has agreed to hypocrisy even in our legal codes.
Noticed that too. So crazy a woman can physically attack a man, throw things at him, verbally disrespect him, emotionally manipulate him… but she’s somehow still the victim and nothing happens to her. Yet a man has to just stand there and take it. If he does even a small percentage of what she did she can use it as a victim fuel to ruin his name or send him to jail. What a joke
Some men actually believe that being very ethical is the toughest and most masculine thing a man can do. An unethical, toxic man is childish, immature and unmanly. Why would a woman want that unless she was also immature and childish?
Because most women are boring and project that energy on men that ain't toxic because they believe a man is supposed to make them happy and they base there whole life relationship based on men making them always feeling something emotional if you don't they shun you and push you away.
She's almost right when she says "that's what feminism is fighting for". "Having it all" means divorcing the rich guy & having the rest of your life subsidized by his resources while you chase the guys who give you tingles but can't afford to give you the comforts that you "deserve"...
The thing that makes the Notebook even worse is that he was in the war, half his friends died there and he came back home. He then loses his father and proceeds to build the dream house for wife he doesn't have. The guy is a fully self sacrificing for the betterment of others and sense of duty type of man, he's exactly the type that women hope they snag to settle down AFTER they've lived in up in their 20s. Not to mention a lot of women consider him gorgeous and he even has a few on the go to help stave off loneliness. She shows up at his house while engaged to another man and stays for dinner, then have a "fight" in the rain and proceed to bang. In the end the fiance breaks things off with her and she gets to hop into a full furnished life with the hot guy she always loved and then gets to have a family and he sticks with her until the end of their life. Saddest part of the movie was seeing them as an old couple and reading her their love story so she could remember them, and she does at the end, briefly, before quickly forgetting due to Alzheimer's. This video is right on! A woman wants to "have her cake and eat it too". This why the concept of "open relationship" is gaining so much popularity with women. She can have her "security net" at home, while being able to hook-up with guys she REALLY find attractive. It's only when her "security net" finds his first gal, that she begins to worry. As he begins to see his gal more often, she accuses him of becoming emotionally attached, and wants HIS SIDE of the relationship to be closed. Arguments continue until he finally wants to end the marriage.

And why don’t they realize it can never work because we have to lose our self respect to accept their behavior which then she will lose respect for us. A girl pulled this on me my freshman year of college and I ultimately had to walk away cause I would not be treated so poorly. She was my first real love and It took years to get over her but I sure had a heck of a great time doing it. It made me cynical about committing to a girl and I refused to do it and I only focused on myself, my degree and having fun. Some of the best years of my life.
In the past, when the women chooses and marries, that is the end of it (generally). Now after a few years, she asks her husband for an open relationship as she wants all the options. Neither man ends up happy.
These rom-coms used to just bore me or else mildly amuse me at best. But now most of them make me want to throw up or throw my TV out the window. The only one that's even close to the truth is "Love stinks".
If men had a greater sense of self respect and self perservation, we wouldn't put up with being abused like that. We would just say, 'you walked off and so goodbye to you and have a great life'. And women would learn that actions have consequences.

Getting rid of the patriarchy is magical thinking. This explains the link between feminism and marxism. Marxism is faith that we can live as total equals with no need for government. It's anarchic utopia. The idea of no patriarchy, freedom to follow your emotions on a whim, is enticing, but totally unsustainable.
Saddest part of the movie was seeing them as an old couple and reading her their love story so she could remember them, and she does at the end, briefly, before quickly forgetting due to Alzheimer's. I've seen it with too many people I know and can only imagine the unbearable pain of watching the person you love have no idea who you are and think you're a total stranger to be feared. James Garner did a really good job as Duke.
The wonderful thing is that she eventually goes with the poor guy. That's why it's called 'a fantasy', because it's what women would love to do but never do.
Plenty of films show ideals that could be, not what is. Action movies show the guy we'd like to be, powerful and courageous. These romantic films show the woman they should be (ultimately, in the end).
I'm 65 yrs old and still don't understand women except that they seem to be ruled by their emotions and are just not reliable. If you keep that as a guide, you just might be ok.
woman understand woman and rarely are truly friendly, so u're better not understanding.
When one promises to "love...until death do us part" and doesn't love when making the vow, they're a liar and an oathbreaker.
Good job Pearl you are a blessing to many guys exposing these things.
Refreshingly honest about women.
Well done, and... thank-you! 🤗
Most of them love the toxicity and endless drama because it puts the spotlight on them and they are the center of attention, which is their goal.
Ime there are a LOT of women that want attention far more than they want sex
I really enjoyed your video explaining the intricacies of women. Because I'm not a person who watches these types of movies so never really thought about it.

They are definitely not equally attractive. That dude is out of her league.

The rich dude is in the enviable position of being able to go: Go ahead and leave, there's 50 others just like you waiting to take your place. And don't come back.

The groom interrupting the band to announce his happiness, reminds me of Tom Cruise announcing to the TV world how crazy in love he was with Katie Holmes and it was just for show. As an actor we live for these juicy roles and how you have to prepare for it…pretending we have a history together.
Plain and simple… She’s a manipulator, emotional narcissist… on the level of emotional charlatans… They strike all the right cords to play a manipulative version… it’s tiring and immature…
Women love toxic relationship and the stories of because they then themselves don't have to take any responsibility nor accountability for their actions.

You’re casually admitting you had no idea “resignates” ISN’T a word in the English language. This isn’t about using the right word. It’s about using a word that exists.
Never saw the notebook and now never want to. As a man watching those scenes gave me complete anxiety, like misery. Why do women need to do that to us? GUTTED!
Men need a battle to fight, an adventure to live and a beauty to rescue.
And wisdom to live by
In the past, when the women chooses and marries, that is the end of it (generally). Now after a few years, she asks her husband for an open relationship as she wants all the options. Neither man ends up happy.

If men had a greater sense of self respect and self perservation, we wouldn't put up with being abused like that. We would just say, 'you walked off and so goodbye to you and have a great life'. And women would learn that actions have consequences.
This is the classic Gone with the Wind female romance, which women decades ago loved. It was adored by its generation as an amazing romance story for the same reasons. You could do a breakdown of it with identical results, just about.
