Absolutely, best guy to learn from if you have a good foundation to apply the learning to. The playerbase can't be helped but he improved my gameplay from low 50s to 59% and going to break 60% when the CV rework landed and I left the game. Still watch his stuff even though I'll never play again.

Sometimes I regret getting into WoWS again (that's a lie, I always regret it), but getting back into Flamu makes it worthwhile
