Can someone enlighten me. Ukay ukay originally meant to give sa mga mahihirap? Yan ba yung donation na galing sa ibang bansa then pinagpilian nung sa may customs or may bidding sa mga malalakas? Parang i heard bfore nung mauso ukay ukay karamihan ng asawa ng mga nasa militar ang nagnegosyo nyan o sila ang priority sa customs. Parang may narinig nko nyan noon na exposè dyan. If its true.
