This was a nice calming video that I've had to wait all day to watch. Since November is my birth month it's kind of my favourite month of the year. I love to lay on the couch in my front room and watch the wind blow the colourful leaves off my pear tree. I find I enjoy listening to the quiet. While I don't follow the witch path I find that many things you do similar to those that I have been doing to find healing from severe caregiver burnout. When you speak of shadow work, it feels to me as though it's similar to the journaling I've been doing on my healing path to regain those parts of myself that I had to lay aside while caring for my Mom. I don't regret caring for my Mom the last eight years of her life, yet I wish I'd had more help from siblings in doing so. Since I'm am American in November we celebrate Thanksgiving. Most people are into the Turkey feast and football(American). I've chosen to be mindful in how I celebrate. Being grateful for the many gifts I've been blessed with and the wonderful people who make my life what it is and will become. I think of November as being the calm between two chaotic celebratory seasons. I love your description of the mist covered land. Some of my favourite times is when we get fog in the mornings during the winter. It always makes everything mystical and magical.

Those Rune cookies looks very nice. May I ask how much a cup in the recipe is in dl or gram? I'm Norwegian, and have no idea of how huch a cup is. Runes on the other hand I'm more familiar to. I enjoy my November evenings with candles, herbal tea i make, reading and wathcing interesting videos on UA-cam. I have found an English storyteller, Story Crow. He tells old tales fro the Celtic mytholiogi and other interesting tales. He has a very good voice for story telling.
A relaxing and helpful video. I have just come back to crocheting again, working on a scarf for a friend while listening to your calm magical voice was very soothing to the soul. And, after a 2 month drought, the north east of America has finally gotten much needed rain, and is looking more like how November should look here. Wet, chilly, and grey.

I have learned one key aspect to rewarding shadow work: cut out the unnecessary scrolling and sensory overload! I cannot recomment it enough, especially if you feel like your shadow work isn't fully working or it fails to be integrated into your life. I promise, confronting yourself honestly as an act of love communicates to your body, mind and soul that your life is your number one priority. Using magic and shadow work as a truthful way to enhance, and not to escape life has been a game changer for me this season! Thanks so much. I wish I could say it's dark and quiet and calm before the chaos. Everyone here is fast-forwarding to their Christmas hustle and bustle. Decorations & lights are everywhere and have been since Nov 1st. My students are even singing at a holiday tree lighting tomorrow night. So early. But my home is on November: appreciating Native American flute & drum music, focusing on gratitude, and gathering leaves for my altar. Loved your leaf release idea. I do lots of releases with Autumn spices. I scraped intentions on the back of gathered magnolia leaves here in Georgia. But hadn't thought of doing a leaf release. Thanks! Been doing autumn simmer pot spells & loved the idea of rune cookies. I've been learning runes slowly but surely. Kitchen and dining room have been more prevalent in my practices as it's getting colder. Also love the candle meditations & candle spells lately. I've been dealing with some dark energies in my family and processing all that, so more light helps. I appreciate the reminder to lean into shadow work though. I've done a lot but there's always plenty more to do! 😂 Thanks for sharing these ideas and lending us your beautiful light! 🕯️✨💖
