I legit think you have the best review channel for steel tip sets. I throw a 54 mm dart with medium length pro grip shafts and every one always comments on how long my darts are. I couldn’t imagine these for a set up. Additionally, i think for my next steel tip set up i may try these out since all about these are my taste. Love the grip style, the skinny barrel, and length. Also, where and how much was your gladiator III board? Was about to order one off A-Z darts and they are out of stock!
Thanks Ben! I bought my G3+ from A-Z for about $64 shipped. Have you checked out Dartshopper yet? I just looked and they're out of stock as well. But they have $16.95 express shipping from Dartshopper for boards. I bought the Target Pro Tour board for $39 a couple weeks ago. Decent enough board but nowhere near as nice as the G3+. You can use the discount code dartshopper8 to save an additional 8% so when and if the G3 comes back in stock I would highly recommend going that route. By the way, the discount code works with anything on the site. 👍🏻
I’m experimenting with a slightly shorter than 50mm barrel at the moment, but I love the look of these, I’m English but I think the Belgium 🇧🇪 colours on these look great, they would suit a Belgium flag as a flight as well, thanks for another great review, I’ve grown to like Bulls darts more and more over the years, Bulls have you to thank for the money I’ve spent on their darts, cheers 👍🎯
Good looking darts, I play with my harrows Eric Bristow power point if I'm not mistaken it's a 54. But it look kinda much long for me. Great review, good 3 bulls eye throw.
Nice review. German darts pro and tourcard holder Florian Hempel throws the One80 Jetstream Stealth in 24g with a length of 56,00 mm. I recently ordered them because he is my favourite german player and I also wanted to test if long barrels suit my play style. It worked perfectly well and they are my new matchdarts. I give them a grip level 4. But I think its not possible to rate the grip because its such a subjective thing. I also own a set of Harrows Sonic and they are sharp as hell (had a cut in my finger from pulling them out of the box) but they didnt offered me the grip the one80s give me and the release is way cleaner on the one80s. BTW Hempel just signed a Bulls contract and his signature darts are on the way. I hate Darts because their are so many things worth trying out and tested 😃 greetings from Germany and keep doing these awesome Videos 🤗👍
I love the One80 darts. Easily in my top 3 favorite brands. I just watched Florian play recently on the PDC Europe circuit. What a great player!!! He was playing against another Bull's player Horvat 👍🏻
Great show 2 x 180's and 3 in the bullseye to open, hell Id be happy to get that in game =) I do like long darts so Im off to see if the have any here NZ.
You might want to check out Dartshopper as they probably have the cheapest prices. You could also add in the discount code dartshopper8 to save another 8%. I'm not 100% sure they ship to NZ though.
I had a set of Jocky Wison 23g 90% B & W nickel tungsten darts , there was no lip flush with the stem . I loved these darts , unfortunately a bounce out hit the floor and the barrel snapped ! I have always wondered if there was a defect or flaw or that long 90% tungsten barrels are less sturdy ? Please let me know if you have heard of barrels snapping . By the way love your channel.
CHeers Gerald. I've heard of a few darts snapping in half but it's usually a design flaw. The weirdly shaped Jelle Klaasen darts have been known to snap in half.
great review! now that you mention about STORM POINTS. i heard that once you repoint with those, the dart doesnt grip the new points as nicely, like they are wider than usual in the part that goes into the barrel. also, how they holding on the board after a few months? I throw soft, worried about not sticking to board... I´d appreciate some insight since you use them lots. thanks :)
I've seen that a few times while repointing darts. But if the point hole gets blown out a bit it's nothing a single drop of super glue can't fix. I mention that in one of my repointing videos. If you have a soft throw I'd highly recommend black or gold points. They stick in the board MUCH better than silver points.
@worldwide Darts Do u know if Bulls NL will bring out the Martijn Kleermaker Darts ? Or are they already available on a online darts shop? I’ve been waiting for them so long.
Sorry, I can't really think of any advice as to why a straight barrel would offer any help. I just know that approx 95% of the top professions use a basic straight barrel dart. I just looked at the PDC to 32 players and only Simon Whitlock and Merv King stood out as using a somewhat different shaped dart. Maybe just find a straight barrel with a consistent grip and have a go with it?
@@WorldwideDarts i think i explained it wrong. its more that i need a reference point like a scallop or a smooth section to have a concistant fingerplacement (grip) i know most pro's play with straight barrels.
@@bjorndewinter I use the point as a reference on just about every dart I throw. The point usually ends up near my ring finger so that means my other fingers will always be in the same position on the barrel. If that makes sense?
Good question. I thought about it for a bit and I'm not sure I have an answer. Maybe a better weight distribution? It seemed like if my grip was a little bit off the darts still went straight. To be honest I've got nothing though. I could give examples of why a thin dart has advantages or why a lighter dart has advantages but I can't think of any real reasons a longer dart might give an advantage. Anyone else that could answer here?
@@WorldwideDarts I’m a rear gripper a guy told me about these darts when I said I would like a 60mm dart but didn’t know if they existed I hold with all fingers 60 mm would put my pinkie on the point immediately after the barrel I’m using red dragon javelin right now and my pinkie sits a bit towards the very end I watched mike de decker throw just now he has the exact same grip and throw as me I guess we just picked the darts up that way unfortunately I cannot find a pair of these to buy at all or I would buy some :(
What width average the Harry ward darts plz 56.4mm long,i trying to get a set made in Gary anderson phase 4 21g but 22g the man said they would have to be 6.5mm for the customer 22g but the 21g are 6.1mm
The PDC recently lowered the max weight to 40 grams a couple years ago. It used to be 50 grams total dart weight. Other than that there's not much for restrictions.
And I think you. Could be new snakebite I'm sure you could have few different match darts and get away with it 🤣😂 imagine winning big tournaments 12 g - 40 🤔🤣🤣

You should stick some 66mm points and long stems on them and see if you can still use them.
Loved the bloopers in this video makes it feel more natural and made me smile 🤣🤣
Thanks 😁
The weirdest dart throw I’ve seen so far but you are quality at darts 😊

You should put the 66mm Frankenstein points and the Luke Humphries shafts in those barrels; then you would have a javelin

You make it look easy. I missed a hat trick yesterday but I choked...

Hi mate, just got my own darts, 6.5 cm long barrel, without points and anything, they might be really interesting🤣
You should totally review the winmau zegato darts with the indent in the middle
Robert marjanovic was playing with 6.3 long evolution darts
i can only throw from a extreme rear grip each to their own with darts
so, what are the min/max regulation length for points, barrels and stems?
The PDC recently lowered the max weight to 40 grams a couple years ago. It used to be 50 grams total dart weight. Other than that there's not much for restrictions.
That's some throwin
look nice, sad that they only come in 22G which is way too light for me
Fun fact. 22 grams is the average dart weight of the top 32 PDC players.
Speaking of patriotic these remind me of the Patriot X. Similar grip and the flag colours at the back
Funny enough, the grip is very similar to the Patriot X as well. A bit more grippy than expected.
When you pick up your flight you sound like me putting on my socks.
Those long barrels probably made the stems look short so all is forgiven lol 👍🏻
I think flights need to come off so deflection is less nice to see the Belgium flag probably darts I would buy next , later :)
Like throwing cabers, my longest set are 62mm
