SOWING MAIZE/CORN IN FRANCE 2024

In today's episode of farming life at la forge we finally make start on the wrap bale silage as the weather has started to turn. As i head over to my workshop to make a clock, I will update you on a bit of a surprise we got recently from our donkeys and a highly requested update on out reolink security cameras. Finally dad is getting out with the T7 to pland this years maize / Corn

We farm in England Yorkshire never know a winter and spring like it constant rain cows turned out brought back in too wet turned out again grass land so wet and 100 acre arable land not drilled just too wet glad you got maize drilled 🤞☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

Finally here in South Dorset the rain has stopped and round bales are popping out everywhere! Maize is in everywhere at last and mostly up already. Lambs are growing well, a few feet issues. My Grandfather used to run a Donkey in with heifers to stop them re absorbing embryos and it keeps the foxes away (Donkeys hate foxes).

Yes its been a wet cold April, May, but don't know if you have heard the BBC weather people have just said its been the warmest May since records began, talk about properganda, hopefully it will be a better June getting late now mind you, great video enjoy seeing whats going in France thanks for sharing

Noticed that the roller on the power harrow is floating up and down. Would it not be better to use the pins for depth control to get a consistent working depth?
