    Seattle, which may come as a surprise, is AWFUL for accessibility; most houses and apartments have steep stairs, no ramps or elevators unless you live in a mega high rise (mega expensive), most sidewalks in most neighborhoods don’t have access, popular tourist spots may have some accessibility, Pike Place Market has an elevator, but they aren’t regularly serviced. It sucks.
